A simple, beautiful, warm and quiet room. I didn't sit for many hours, one night I spent there. Everything was perfect, hot water, clean towels, sheets, had a perfect TV, internet. Everything is fine. No complaints from my stay. Prefer it. Oh and the bed was WONDERFUL. I DIDN'T WANT TO GET UP

Fantastic location in the old town, loads of bars & restaurants all around you, and with an underground station 2 minutes walk away that has direct connections all around Dusseldorf, including Messe. In such a prime location, at this price, really out expectations where not very high, but we where very pleasantly surprised indeed. Basic, but exceptionally large rooms, with comfortable double mattress, clean, friendly staff, really, couldn't be happier.

Great location, easy to check in and out. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. There are a kettle and some tea and instant coffee provided.

There was no soap in the bathroom, only small bottles of shampoo instead. Also I saw tree big cockroaches/bugs which were stucked under the heating pipe, looks disgusting.

the TV in the room didn’t work, and the very late return of partygoers woke us up in the earlier hours of the morning…not the worst thing in the world, but it would be good to have the receptionist note to guests, in future, to be considerate of others if returning late at night.

The hotel is located right at the heart of the old town. Even amidst the lively street activity, the room remained peaceful and quiet.. Moreover, the room was clean and tastefully updated with modern decor. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helped to make my stay enjoyable.

The location was great, in the old city, so a lot of beauty to see around and also were to party! The hotel itself was nice, we got a really good room for what we paid. And last but not least the lady from reception was super nice, open, and helped us!

The only issue I think that the hotel maybe should try to solve was the wifi, it wasn't quite working most of the times, but since we were in the city more we didn't notice that much.

TM Hotel Düsseldorf's prime location was a significant advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular landmarks, renowned restaurants, and vibrant shopping districts. This allowed me to explore the city effortlessly and make the most of my time during my stay.

This is a cosy hotel, and if you get it at the right money, it's hard to fault it. The location is fantastic, and although the rooms are basic, they have all you need for a night or two away.

Location, friendliness of staff, the lady went our of her way to help us, she helped me with luggage up the stairs, really nice of her! I stayed for a night, coming from Central America with changes in the US, a long flight, I wanted a place to rest, but close to restaurants and bars, this place was perfect, right next to many choices of food and drinks.

Our experience at TM Hotel was by far the best! The room was extremely clean and the highlight was the freshness of the towels and sheets! Additionally the staff was the most friendliest that I have ever met and the communication great. The location was very accessible and convenient, just in the heart of the Old City. We will definitely come back!!!
