Not enough staff at breakfast. Your personnel work very hard; they are literally running from the kitchen to the dining room. Please hire more staff to help them out. Some of your guests are super picky and your staff deserves to have help.

We loved the Steigenberger Parkhotel Düsseldorf. Iis an exceptional blend of luxury, elegance, and convenience. Its prime location by the Königsallee, spacious and beautifully appointed rooms, outstanding dining, and relaxing spa facilities make it an ideal retreat. The attentive staff and impeccable service elevate the experience, while the hotel’s architecture combines historic grandeur with modern sophistication. I especially loved the ice rink opposite the hotel, surrounded by charming huts offering delicious food and drinks. The hotel is located across from a nice park but still in the middle of the city. On one side you have the luxury brands and on the other side the more affordable/fast fashion brands. The hotel and its rooms are gorgeous. Very spacious, pretty, extremely clean rooms. The staff is a delight, from the hotel porter, the staff at the front desk, the staff at the breakfast, to the cleaning staff. All so very attentive and pleasant. Without selling anyone short, the staff of the restaurant (Jones Bar) is amazing, so professional but still so friendly and attentive. Remembering your last visit and where you where seated f.e. It was my birthday and the staff arranged a bouquet of flowers, a candle with my dessert and sang happy birthday. I was so pleasantly surprised. The food here is fantastic. This has been my second time at this hotel and I will be back for sure. Thanks to everybody who made our stay such a wonderful experience.

Everything is good, especially the location, very strategic. We wanted to visit the Christmas market in Dusseldorf, and it turned out to be located in front of the hotel we were staying in, so it was really fun!

In this opportunity, I would like to give criticism to "Booking.com" I often book hotels via booking.com but as I noticed on my last trip to Europe, the calculation of the currency exchange rate was not normal. As an example, the difference for a 3-night stay can be between A$ 100 - A$ 250. I think this is unreasonable! Frankly, next time I have to be careful if I want to make another hotel reservation via booking.com. I have an experience made a booking via other platforms and also choose under 'pay later' system, but the charges was exactly the same as written on the confirmation booking.

The staff and facilities were fantastic. So much so that I was disappointed that I was traveling for work as I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy the facilities and surroundings more. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and the food was beautiful and rooms very comfortable and quiet

The only thing that would have been better would have been to have an iron in the room

The room was upgraded for a fee however it was overlooking a side street and buildings .The rooms itself was very spacious clean and comfortable.I would say the breakfast for what was being offered was very expensive as buffet style.

The menu in Jones restaurant was very limited for English guest ,however we got enough to do.Table service was average in the evening.

Great location in the heart of Dusseldorf and it was very central to the Christmas markets. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good with a great variety of options. Certain dishes were made to order which meant the food was always hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and always willing to assist

The hotel is beautiful from the minute you pull up to the front entrance, to lobby and to your room. All very pristine and has everything you could need. The location is also wonderful - centrally located to shops, easy walk to Rheinuferpromenade and Jones Brasserie within the hotel was delicious! We sat on the terrace and it was a perfect way to end the day.

great location, right on Kö and only a minute walk to Aldstadt, the staff is so friendly comparing to other branches we stayed the night before, Valet parking is very convenient, the room is nice and clean

there were some weird noises from time to time late at night that make the whole room shakeed. (We thought it could be U bahn but the timing didn't make sense.) We weren't bother by it much so we only told the staff at check out about it. At the end we couldn't figured out where it came from. Doesn't stop me from giving this place 10/10 though.
