- Good central location between the central station and major shopping areas such as Schaduwplatz. - You can walk to the station to reach it. - Very close to a subway station (D-Pempelforter Straße), supermarket (REWE) and restaurants (Der Kroate is good and there are also a lot of sushi restaurants nearby). - Apartment is relatively large. - In case of any problems, there is always someone on standby via whats-app to help out, also at night. - We liked the modern look and feel and decorations. - Kitchen has tea and coffee, There is a washing machine and there is a good refrigerator. - Bathroom is new and has a good shower. - Beds were good and clean. I liked the sockets for recharging phones. - The systems with an access code works well. Place feels safe. There are emergency stairs and fire alarm. - Favorable pricing, especially considering that Dusseldorf hotels are relative expensive. - We liked the rolling shutters, that can we controlled from inside. It helped to block light, noise and increased security. - In the basement you can store your luggage at no charge. You can still enter the building before checking in or after checking out. - My children loved Lasertag Evolution in Dusseldorf. Suitable for teenagers. - It was quiet at night, no noise from traffic (we stayed on the 6th floor). - I would book again.

- The whats-app chatbot to communicate with was a bit over the top, constantly asking questions and asking for feedback. Note that there is the option to switch to a human operator. - There should be the option to recycle in the trash room near the entrance. - Our room was not ready at 15:00. Check-in was delayed for three hours. They did apologize. My suggestion to Numa Leo is to immediately advice guests to put their suitcases in the luggage room and give extra hours to check-out as compensation. - Bathroom could have been cleaned more.

Very clean, good lighting + options for blackout curtains/opening windows/shutters. Check-in was easy and we were even notified that our room was ready early. Yay! Location is great, right next to 2 supermarkets, a café and a pharmacy, across the road from a tram and bus stop, 7min walk to Little Tokyo. Entering the property is very easy and the utilities room was a godsend! Lots of space, airy, balcony was nice, kitchen was well-equipped. Checkout was easy too! When I needed to ask some questions, I got customer service responses very quickly on WhatsApp, from a real person too, very helpful. All in all a fabulous and comfy stay.

Bathroom was a little bit small. It was also a bit more expensive than expected for the space/privacy we got (the balcony is separated between apartments only by a loose metal panel that moved with the wind). Also hard to do washing-up with no drying-rack. But very minor issues.

The location is very good, quite close to the Rhine and even closer to the King's Road.Life is extremely convenient.The room was clean and all the amenities were modern and easy to operate.The company was very responsible and communication was still smooth.Really liked the place, just a little pricey.Will choose this place again if I have a chance to come back in the future.Simplicity, convenience and sophistication is something China should learn from.

There is a big difference between the room rate and what the hotel is equipped with.Coffee and tea should be at least as good as the number of days the guest is there.

-Very easy to check in with the provided code -Storage lockers available pre check-in and post check-out (however half of the lockers are not working, they lock but they can be opened with ANY code , aiii) -Proximity to the city center, very close (5 min walk) -Altough busy street, you cant barely hear the road -Apparantly there is onsite parking, we haven't booked it, But as it was 15 euros for a night it is just as expensive as parking in a garage. Note, the parking garages in Dusseldorf are closed in the evening and Sundays. So parking at Numa will give you more freedom.

-When just enroute from the Netherlands, we got a message that the check-in was postponed. Eventually i.s.o 15:00 the room was ready by 18:00. Quite unacceptable, however a refund was given for part of the 1st night -The Whatsapp communication is with a webbot. If you have certain issues demand the webbot to speak to a human. You will be forwarded - I prefer to have a dishwasher over a washing/dryer, including more china/silverware. Now there is only 1 set per person available, so you have to do the dishes all the time. - Not at fault of Numa, but Dusseldorf city stores (even supermarkets) are closed on Sundays. This except for the restaurants.

What stood out the most is that it’s very clean. Everything is neat, clean, and the space is quite large, so you have plenty of room, and it’s very central. It’s just over a five-minute walk, but in addition, you also have shops, a supermarket, and the metro station is literally at the doorstep, so everything is easily accessible.

What was disappointing, though, is that sometimes you can hear the traffic outside. But it’s not so bad that you can’t sleep, especially since all the beds are at the back or on the other side of the apartment. During the day, it’s not bothersome, but keep that in mind, although it is a bit of a downside. Also, there weren’t many toilet rolls, but when I checked out, I saw that you could get more supplies within the building itself. However, that wasn’t very clearly described. So, we had to figure it out after buying toilet paper ourselves.

Location was great. Healthy organic supermarket just below the apartment, also a regular casual supermarket a few steps away, good to stock up on essentials. there was a great coffee shop just opposite the apartment. train subway station as well just below. walking distance to downtown, about 12 mins or so. The 24 hour chat service is great, the team always replied in less than 10 mins and helped solve any problems. also helped with routing trains to and fro the Exhibiton hall.

The location of the house was absolutely perfect—very convenient with easy access to public transportation. The cleanliness was outstanding, and all instructions were shared before arrival. Customer service was readily available and eager to help. The room size, condition, cleanliness, and facilities were all excellent. Fantastic Rooms, very well located, very clean

Really good location, shop literally next door and everything is within walking distance. Metro station and tram station close by, apartment looks as on the photos, everything clean. Luggage compartment was available, which is extremely handy with check out / in. The app is also super handy I can only recommend.

A few more necessities would be nice ( salt and pepper for example ) but everything was ok.
