The receptionist was fantastic when we arrived in late in the evening, very friendly,gave us directions and best route into the city centre so we could see the markets.

The previous guest must have been smoking in our room as there was a very strong smell of tobacco and the next morning our clothes were tainted with the smell too.

The staff were so cooperative and polite. Big thanks for all the staff. The location is very central and the hotel was super clean. I will be back to this hotel for sure.

No fridge and no cattle in the room, but when I asked for a cattle they gave me one.

I had a nice room with a lovey roof top view and a good sized, modern bathroom.

The only downside of this hotel is the cleanliness. Only linnen and towel change has taken place before the room was given to me as the next guest. No sweeping of the wooden floor, very dusty bedside table, no toilet cleaning and dirty windows. It is probably a place for long term guests who clean for themselves. No hoovering of the carpet has been happening on this floor of the hotel for some time.

Definitely the best stay in our holidays. The relationship between price - quality was perfect. Our stay here was even cheaper than other around Germany and more pleasant.

Nothing, it was perfect! Very confortable, clean, perfect location you can commute to any place (couple meters than central station). I really sorry, I didn’t take pictures of the room.

Excellent staff and very comfortable. Good temperature both of room and water. Location great, very short distance to the train station and bus station.

Considering the cost per night, this hotel is excellent. Great value for the money you pay. The room was big enough, the location was great, near to the center and 7 minutes from the main train station. The staff was friendly, they spoke English. They have a secure room for the luggage, and the internet was good, even though my room was on the last floor. There is a nice view from the room.

We were staying in a triple-bed room and it was very good. It was spotless clean, comfortable and the facilities are complete. We have all we need (basic amenities, hairdryer, etc). The location is also near to the main station and the asia town. And the team is very friendly and helpful. We were double charged because of the error of Paypal system, but they're very cooperative to transfer us back the money. Would definitely come back 😄

The room was very comfortable and even though the Hotel was in a very busy street with a lot of traffic, you could barely hear it in the room. The people who work there were also very nice and helpful

Beautiful views , hotel outside looks vary modern and renovated with fresh exterior.

It was awful when I looked under my bed: a lot of months ago the cleaning service disappeared in this hotel.
