The hotel is ok, clean and friendly staff, but the neighbourhood is really decadent, drugs, alcohol and homeless people around. Amazing to see that in a important city like Dusseldorf and in a area so close to the central train station.

The curtains in the room *they are too narrow and they do not cover the whole window.

The room was very clean and cozy — I felt right at home! The location is super convenient, close to everything I needed. The price is also very reasonable for what you get. The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

It is located 10 minutes (walk) from the Düsseldorf Central Train Station 2 beds + 1 sofa(?) for 3 peoole in the room with bathroom and toilet were clean

A little bit far from the river or city center but you can walk :) We stayed in a room facing the street and with the window open there was some noise due to public transport, but the weather was not that hot so we closed the window

The staff were so friendly, the location is so friendly. The hotel is SO clean. This really surprised me for a budget hotel! Definitely worth the money

Check in was a little slow and seemed to be very old fashioned. The elevator makes a lot of scary noises which made me think of the 'Final Destination' movies

The receptionist was fantastic when we arrived in late in the evening, very friendly,gave us directions and best route into the city centre so we could see the markets.

The previous guest must have been smoking in our room as there was a very strong smell of tobacco and the next morning our clothes were tainted with the smell too.

Very nice location — close to the station and the bus stop to the airport, and within walking distance of the city centre.

The noise from the street was very loud, but when I closed the windows, it helped reduce it a lot. There is no conditioner.

The staff were so cooperative and polite. Big thanks for all the staff. The location is very central and the hotel was super clean. I will be back to this hotel for sure.

No fridge and no cattle in the room, but when I asked for a cattle they gave me one.

Nothing particular, overall, it was very good.

I had a nice room with a lovey roof top view and a good sized, modern bathroom.

The only downside of this hotel is the cleanliness. Only linnen and towel change has taken place before the room was given to me as the next guest. No sweeping of the wooden floor, very dusty bedside table, no toilet cleaning and dirty windows. It is probably a place for long term guests who clean for themselves. No hoovering of the carpet has been happening on this floor of the hotel for some time.

Excellent staff and very comfortable. Good temperature both of room and water. Location great, very short distance to the train station and bus station.

A little bit far from the center on foot, besides that very near to the station. Depends on the traveler.
