We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had an amazing time. The location is great, there are train, metro, tram and bus stations just a minute away. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy, breakfast was good with a little bit of everything, the staff was kind and helpful. If we ever visit Duesseldorf again, we will definitely be staying here again!

The 3 of us stayed in the queen room with sofa bed and, when the sofa bed was pulled out to be a bed, the room was a little too compact. The room was still clean though and the bathroom wasn't small, so nothing to worry about!

A very clean and bright hotel. Room was a good size, beds were comfortable and clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. TV had a wide range of channels in different languages. Facilities were clean and service was really good. Continental breakfast was great.

Room was not ready for us but the receptionist did provide an extra room on first night for free for the inconvenience. Booking system was very slow and it took long time to get checked in. We arrived late due to delayed flight, so just wanted to get checked in with two young family members. The free WiFi was ok but kept dropping out of range and signal was weak. Could have provided more options for people with dietary requirements.

The room was very clean, the housekeeping replaced all wet towels everyday. The TV, unlike most other hotels, was actually working and had a huge range of channels. After checkout we accidentally left our ipad in the room and only realized it when we were already home. We called the concierge and they fortunately found the ipad already and had kept it in their safe. We just had to go back the next day and pick it up. So grateful for it! Also, plus point, breakfast was included in the price, we enjoyed it :)

The room I chose was a bit small for a family of four. One can barely move around when opening the luggage on the floor. The location is better if you have a car, really. But for young travellers it's still fine since the hotel is 7 minutes walking distance to the nearest tram/bus/train station.

Price was fantastic. A little bit out of town but once you get used to trams, trains etc which where all on your doorstep it was only 10 mins to center of dusseldorf, the staff where excellent even when they where under pressure during busy times. Would I recommend this place Yes, Excellent value for money

Got a little bit hectic on one day when arrived for breakfast, the hotel could probably done with a few extra staff on in the morning, the lady on reception was rushing around checking people in plus trying to clear plates in the breakfast area, but I'm not complaining about her or the other staff they were all friendly and done a fantastic job during our stay. The nightshift man erick was a bit of a moaner but didn't see much of him

We had a nice stay here, the location is very convenient, if you don’t drive, there is bus, tram and train station. The rooms are clean and quite large, breakfast is more than enough, it offers bread, eggs, a good variety of ham and cheese, fruits, oats, yogurt, and drinks. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Liliana, so kind and supportive, we loved interacting with her! Great value for money

very helpful staff, during check-in as well as breakfast. The family room with 2 adults and 2 kids was great for our stay. The staff helped us with our parking issue, they provided a good solution for us. EV fast charging is available 2 minute walk.

parking in the area is not easy with late arrival (we arrived after 21:30). The parking garage has height limit of 1.9m so we couldn't use it (our car has a roof box).

Breakfast included in the price covers good continental options, is not fully crowded so you can enjoy your meal. The staff is very nice, assisted us in all our questions. The room was clean and tidy. We had all we needed. The paid garage is underground and safely secured with an iron gate.

It is challenging to get into the shower due to the shower's door not opening so wide. Definitely a squeeze situation.

Breakfast was very nice indeed and there were nice friendly staff. This was a very convenient location from the S-bahn station of Derendorf by exiting from the north end of the platform, took about three minutes.

My only dislike was that although their price was very reasonable for my stay, I would have liked to stay a couple of nights a week later and their price was ludicrous for those nights which was disappointing. The hotel was superb otherwise.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone greeted us and we felt welcome. The entire place was clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and well designed. Bathroom was decent sized and shower was roomy. Bed was firm and bedding was clean and soft. Air Conditioning worked like a dream and we slept like babies. Breakfast was well presented and offered standard Continental Breakfast and hard boiled eggs and assorted meats, cheeses and breads and spreads. Very nice dining are and the kitchen staff was very friendly and did an amazing job keeping up with the tables and food. Would definitely stay here again.

The location has a large lot of vehicles across the street from it. Its unkept and unsightly. We had to park on the street in front of the building next to the hotel. I was worried about my vehicle being stolen or damaged but the car was fine the next morning. Other than that, the place is great.

Very friendly staff. The location was good. The breakfast was exellent with various choices. The room was clean. The hotel was full of clients but not noizy.

The room was small. We took a room for 4 adults but the bunch was small for 2 adults. Its good for 2 teenages children.
