Located a 20 minute walk from the Altstadt Center, the hotel was a great find for us. Our room was made up of 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Large windows with views over the city. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff were so attentive and helpful and available at all hours. The brekfast was worth looking forward to each morning. A decent spread of good food and tea/coffee etc. Treated too smoked salmon with scrambled eggs each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Sadly we had to leave too early to enjoy the brekfast on our last day.

Very clean. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Great triple room was perfect for us. Split into two rooms with doors and TV in each, plus bathroom. Decent shower. Parking reasonable at €18 per day.

Kerb appeal not great but end up pleasantly surprised. Location is a bit far from the lively old town however there are some good pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by.

Near rail station. Very helpful when calling for directions. Able to check in earlier. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Location felt safe and secure. Locals very helpful. Loved having a lounge area to relax in.

All television stations are in German with German subtitles. Would of loved the option of English subtitles to watch a movie when not out and about. Think the hotel could have done a slice of cake with at least a sparkler on as we chose to celebrate our birthdays there. We were not looking for 'freebies' just a spot for 4 nights to celebrate in Dusseldorf.

Great location. Excellent staff. 10 min from central station. Metro is 2 Min walk. The rooms were spacious and cozy.

The breakfast can dowith an upgrade in the menu.

My fourth time here. Easy to get to. Lots of great restaurants. Clean, comfy beds. What's not to like.

I wish there was coffee in the rooms but at the great price offered, I was happy to simply go to the lovely coffee shop across the street in the morning :-)

Wonderful rooms. The best mattresses ever. A good night sleep is guaranteed. Nice bathroom. The location is excellent, they offer a friendly, welcoming service & dogs allowed policy which is great. Will definitely be staying again! My absolute preferred hotel. Three thumbs up!

These are minor points (doesn't impact on the overall stay or quality of the room) A blinking alarm clock in the room that was impossible to set. So not very useful and decided to unplug it instead. The mini fridge was not turned on prior to arrival. This had to be requested in reception but as the night shift was alone he could not do this. Switching the fridge on could therefore not be done until the next day when housekeeping was there.

Our stay was really nice. The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us an early check in. We could help ourselves to tea and coffee in the lounge area and mulled wine in the evening. The breakfast was very good and had some nice personal touches that we liked. The hotel is not very close to city centre but there is a metro few minutes walk and then it is 3 stops to city center so that was quite convenient. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cozy. Will def stay there again

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Great with my kids and the dog. Really helpful to explain things like parking in the area and very attentive during breakfast times, even got the kids hot chocolates ready before asking once they knew they liked it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal with great bars and restaurants in the direct area surrounding the hotel.

The parking was a bit crazy. The instructions to access the garage were not clear at all and very confusing. The number of spaces available is very limited.

The hotel was really a nice surprise....the staff were all great and accommodating...the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had and the bed was very comfy. Awesome experience and I will be back. Great job guys.

Location is a little off the main but its ok for the experience.
