We stayed at Beryal Boutique Hotel with colleagues and were very satisfied overall. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the city center with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, yet the area is very quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant.

The only downside was that we weren’t allowed to sit on the terrace after 8 PM, even for a quiet drink, due to strict neighborhood noise regulations. We were told that neighbors might call the police if disturbed, which was a bit frustrating in the evenings. Otherwise, a great choice for a comfortable and central stay in Düsseldorf.

I only stayed here a night for work, but it was a perfectly pleasant hotel. Room was a bit tight but not an issue as my stay was not very long. Clean bathroom, comfy bed. Only thing is that the AC unit did not get very cool and it was a hot summer night in Düsseldorf, so the room felt a bit clammy and warm. Had the window open which worked for me, but expect some city noise if you do this.

The AC unit could have been a bit more powerful to really cool down the room. Could have just been a fluke in my room and would I have stayed longer, I would definitely have tried to fix it with the staff. For one night it was not a big issue for me.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Had to leave the airport during the night hours and the gentleman at the desk was helping with any flight information as well as waiting for me to leave and even escorting me through the door once the taxi arrived. The lady when checking in was also very very friendly.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it but sometimes people have to leave earlier due to flight changes and it would be nice if there were breakfast packages or something like that ... I paid for breakfast and sadly had to miss the breakfast time due to flight changes - would have loved to grab a sandwich or something :) but it's not a complaint just an offer.

Very clean, the staff were very polite and helpful, whenever i needed anything they were more than happy to help. Especially the lady with the blonde hair, i dont know her name but god bless you. I bought some flowers and after i chcked out i came back to the hotel to ask if she could keep them, so i can come back later and pick them up. She kept them in water and perfectly handed th back. Will be back again 🤌

It was clean & modern with a homely feel. we booked a small double room, which it was, not much space either side of the Queen size bed. However the bed was VERY comfortable, with night lights on both sides. 1 single wardrobe, a dressing table, but no drawers. En suite was great, with a lovely hot powerful shower. Massive TV above the dressing table. The hotel is in a great location, for us, it was a 15 minute walk, through a lovely park to the Aldstadt. Its a quiet location too, but near enough to the night life & Christmas Markets. we didnt have much dealings with the staff, but when we did, they were very helpful & friendly. would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hotel was in a central location for our needs. Staff friendly and polite, room was spacious, bed very comfortable and room very clean. Breakfast was good, but being British, not what we are used to. Loved the breads and rolls, but after 4 days, the offerings were a bit repetitive, and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room either.

A lovely small hotel in the center of Düsseldorf. An amazing location. A short walking distance from stores, restaurants, parks and public transportation. The hotel was very quiet and clean, staff very friendly. I plan to stay there again on my next visit.

Same as most hotels everywhere,they clean the room every two days for the environment. However they did not share this information during the check-in and therefore, they didn't offer the option to clean it everyday if I wanted.

The location was excellent: quiet, nice neighbourhood, next to the park and very close to the center. The room was small but comfortable to rest after long walks during the day.

A tiny corner-bathroom was a surprise. The bedside lamps need to be fixed - the lampshades were hanging not properly fastened. The rest all ok.

- Good location with a park nearby and a convenient 15 minute walk to the city centre. - Room was a little tight (around the bed and desk area) which required a bit of creative maneuvering but overall very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

- Some noise between 11pm and midnight which sounded like mildly angry water pipes. Not sure if this was just a ground floor room issue though. - A couple of in-room amenities like kettle for hot water and some coffee/tea bags would have been nice (but not a deal breaker).
