Wonderful hotel in a quiet area of Dusseldorf! I was here 4 nights and it has been wonderful. I was in the Dresden room and it was extremely spacious, I enjoyed the bath in the nice spacious bathroom. The room also had a little fridge and extra pillows. Breakfast was excellent, the breakfast ladies were super friendly and welcoming, made me feel always at home. The area is nice, plenty of shops/supermarkets around and some restaurants. There are trams, buses and Ubahn stops less than 5 min away.

In the room, it would have been nice to have a topper, the two separate mattresses were a bit annoying. But still, it was a big bed and very comfortable.

Location is very convenient when travelling to see Düsseldorf. Just around 15-20 mins walk to center, and there are great restaurants even in the neighbourhood. Affordable, and the parking was quite good underground. Clean and good staff. Heating made the room so cozy.

Quite an old property. There’s only 1 elevator that can hold max 2 people, and so it’s busy during the check in and out times. Shower water kinda spilled into the tiles after each shower. But other than that, good stay for Düsseldorf!

Very well connected to public transport. Staff very friendly. Fulfilled my wish to check-in earlier and have a room facing the back gardens.

Minor issues: Not enough hangers for my clothes. Only 2. The cleaner didn't pay attention to detail (swap of soaps shower vs. hand soap; two big towels).

I went to work to the Messe and considering this, the hotel is in an excellent location. Metro line U78 and U79 is only a 3 mins walk. I must mention the ladies serving coffee at breakfast. They are exceptionally kind and the next day they will surely know how you like your coffee and bring it to your breakfast table right away when they see you show up in the restaurant. :)

I likes everything about this hotel.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean. The location is also quite good, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the train station. Great for short trips.

The property was super clean, the restrooms as well. All the spaces were super cozy and the location was great. The staff amability was excellent.

For a business trip of two days, this hotel was perfect. The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and the room were clean with a very good bathroom/shower.

Getting the wifi working was problematic but the staff at reception were very helpful.

amazing location next to a few subway stations and near a bunch of grocery stores and markets. the staff was bilingual and very welcoming

the room was a bit dirty and a cleaning staff came into our room unannounced in the early morning

Beds were comfortable and nice bathroom. Great location for transport everything in reach within 10 minutes.

Walls are relatively thin. Was a lot of noise in the mornings from housekeeping.
