Hotel is clean & tidy, room is good size, bed & pillows are comfy. Great location, just 15 mins from airport & a short walk from all the main areas of the city. Great walks to museums, markets & river. Lot's of great cafes, bars & restaurants nearby. Staff are polite & friend;y

The curtains don't really block the light so as soon as the sun comes up the room gets very bright & it is hard to sleep. No coffee making facilities in room. There is a church nearby that rings it's bells every hours from 8 am, which again, isn't great if you fancy a lie in.

The room was very beautiful, clean and exceeded the images we had seen. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The breakfast had a lot of options, including several types of bread, like sweet and croissants. We enjoyed the wide fruit and vegetables bar and the seperate table with English breakfast!

The hotel is quite noisy. At night a German couple was having a loud argument and we woke up while all the doors were closed. But this isn't the staff can do something about.

Room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. It had a slightly larger than single bed with single duvet. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, particular thanks to receptionist who found me a 2nd night at another hotel close by as Cascade was fully booked with travelling fans for that nights Euro 2024 game in Düsseldorf.

I have been using this hotel every time I come to Duesseldorf. Very closed to Rhein river for walking or jogging as well as shopping and dining areas.

The staffs are not all time available. Some rooms’ equipment has to be replaced such as mattresses, hairdryers etc.

Very convenient position, bus, tram, u bahn station nearby. Staff very friendly. Very clean and cozy. I am very satisfied with my stay, I would recommend. Thank you!

I wish there were coffee facilities in the room. I cannot find any other negatives

The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. They accommodated my request for a larger bed as well. Excellent location right near the train/Bahn station. Although you could hear other people from your room, my stay was overall quiet.

People smoke in the courtyard so if your window is open your room will smell like smoke. The showers are very very small.

Service was very kind, also at breakfast where we had some dietary needs. Also we were able to park our car in the hotel's parking space and were aloud to leave it there during the day to visit the Messe after we checked out in the morning.

Eating vegan and no wheat was a bit of a challenge at breakfast, however that is not specifically related to the hotel or their service (it is always difficult) and they accommodated where they could. One thing that might be something to think about is that we were on the top floor and it was particularly hot and stuffy in the room. Also the bathroom did not have ventilation, so you could not really stay in there for long with the door closed. We opened all the windows but then you have full blast city traffic noise. The room was otherwise perfect for us.

Breakfast was awesome, big Thank you for the girl that cooked eggs for us on the spot. Everything was great. Room was clean, quiet. Breakfast area was nice and very very clean.

The continental breakfast selection was great however the cooked breakfast could have been better.

Very clean, cosy, well organized and with friendly personal (though I didn't meet in person, but on telephone), close to the Main train station, subway and Rhein River.
