The hotel is very well kept, clean and comfortable. The location is close enough to Messe which was important to me, it’s about a 30 minutes walk. The breakfast had lots of options and it was really good. Room service was delicious, the portions are huge. They also provide water, coffee and tea for the room.

There was no bathrobe or slippers, and in the first one or two days the A/C didn’t work, but it was shortly fixed.

Excellent location..just a few hundred meters from the tram stop. Rooms were clean and everything went as expected, Staff were really good and polite. Breakfast was superb, the choices excellent. Overall really worth every penny!

It can get a bit crowded, so waiting time to check in was on the higher side, but for us it was OK (we were not in a hurry). Maybe parking could have been 20 Eur per night, there are places even near the city centre which charges less. .

Location out of town in an anonymous suburb. Poor parking. I booked because it had on site parking only to find that most of it has been taken over by Mercedes for vehicle storage. The bar didn’t stay open late either. Staff were really busy. More needed for check in due to high volumes for Euro football.

Large room, clean, good facilities, very quiet location, within easy reach of the city centre via public transport. Good selection at breakfast, polite and helpful staff, would certainly recommend to others.

We stayed in the Hilton Düsseldorf for two days. We married that weekend and spent our first night as a married couple here. I kindly asked the hotel if it was possible to get a room up high with a nice view and maybe a little decorated and they surpassed my expectations. The whole staff was extremely nice and they all knew about our special day. Thanks to the Hilton team for such a great stay! Besides that little extra treatment, the hotel room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel bar is also highly recommendable! We would always go there again and will probably stay at Hilton Hotels in different places more often!

Hi I stayed in your hotel (room 601) yesterday and checked out on 10.5.2024 I left the baggage in your luggage room and later on I couldn’t find my iphone charger Type C that I surely put in my luggage. I noticed that my zipper was opened, but couldn’t understand it on this moment. I realized in when I’ve returned the house. The hotel parking charge is quite high and you can find nearby public parking lots offering more affordable rates.

All as expected - newly refurbished room, clean, comfortable bed, great shower. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Very minor issue but the hairdryer was weirdly sticky - as if someone had cleaned it with the wrong chemical and it had reacted with the rubber.

Staff was very organized and very helpful. All in all a very good stay and value for money!

I do think the fee for the parking space is a bit high, as a service to hotel guests (and the parking lot being quite unused) I think the hotel could benefit for a better day price for guests.

Room very comfortable. Room re-made each day. Bar/ restaurant very good.

Lifts were faulty one evening, staff didn't really deal with that very well, but overall it didn't spoil the stay.
