The place has a lot of space. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was sparklingly clean. There were three towels available, which was helpful. During my four day stay there, the cleaning personnel came once, which was not bad. It's about 12 minutes from the main station by U78 or U79. Getting the key was pretty straight forward. But I didn't care for the online check in. I like the fact that it has a simple kitchen. So I could fry an egg or something.

There is no soap in the bathroom and the shower and shampoo gel they provide was insufficient for any stay for over two days.

I stayed in Room 202 and had a great experience. The accommodation is conveniently located near a tram stop, with an easy 10-minute ride to the city centre. While the area isn’t central, it’s very quiet and well-equipped with nearby amenities like a bakery, supermarket, and several restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean, and both check-in and check-out were impressively smooth. I was pleasantly surprised to find an Apple TV box, which added a nice touch. The kitchen was well-stocked with ample cutlery in case I wanted to cook, and the generous number of clothes hangers in the wardrobe was also much appreciated.

The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

The apt. is very well equipped, modern, spacious, very well located and clean. Beds and pillows extremely comfy. It exceeded our expectations. The river walking zone is just couple of meters away. A perfect Turkish restaurant is next door. Both the airport and the main train station are close. Local public transport works very well.

We missed a toaster and the presence of the staff as everything goes via app.

There was free tea and coffee pads but no milk. It is an apto for swlf catering. Breakfast was only provided in next door's Turkish fine dine restaurant and quite expensive. Very close to the U-Bahn and trade fair centre. Super comfy and clean apto.

It would be good to be able to shut off wifi and 5G during night. A coffee place for early breakfasts would be great. In winter, the view is depressing but wide.

Tv should be able to change language..and easier to access Checking in our code didn't work to get the key. Luckily I called and someone appeared to use another code..leaving key..no code to leave key..told to leave on table by the door. Chose to leave in room..safer

The location ia great, only one block away from the station and 10 min from the Central Station by train. The apartment was very spacious and clean, and it looked exactly like the photos! The communication with the staff was all through booking.com or email, but everything was very clear and organised.

The apartment was very hot and there was not air-conditioning.

Everything was perfect! Quite location, subway just a couple of minutes away and close to the city center. Inside the apartment we had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable, the towels are fluffy and soft and kitchen utensils have good quality. Key collection is really convenient.

The location was very near to the tram stop. The rooms was clean , kitchen is very well equipped , even lift is availble.

The only con is we din't like the bathtub ! Height of the bathtub is lil high ! Even As a young ones it was bit difficut for us.

Good apartment in 5 tram stops from Messe. Spacious living room

The price is very high. And with this price you get no breakfast, just 4 capsules of coffee for 2 people for 5 days and just 1 key.

I used to live in Dusseldorf so I knew that the area and the proximity to the U-bahn would be perfect. The flat was ideal for my purposes ( which were not for the Messe ) It was a comfortable, clean place to stay.

The winter duvet was a bit unnecessary in June.
