Nice hotel... clean, friendly staff, everything you need for breakfast and a fridge stocked with beer at the reception. :) I like the location - because I was visiting the fair: a short walk (5-10 min) to the bus stop that takes you straight to the fairgrounds. Since my first stay at this hotel last year, I'll only book this one... if it's available. :) But I'd like to point out that I'm not a demanding guest. I will 100% be a returning guest.

I was in a smaller room this year: maybe I missed a closet for clothes or shelves to unpack my suitcase... but for a few days it wasn't a big problem.

Nice hotel, good value for money. Breakfast was good, diverse and tasty.

When booking the accommodation, I mentioned that I needed a parking spot and was initially offered one. However, the next day it was already occupied, and the staff suggested parking on the street. It would be much more convenient if the parking space was kept for the whole stay. Also, the room doors had only a simple key instead of a secure card system – not critical, but it would be good to update such details to make the hotel more comfortable.

Very nice and spacious apartment with a balcony and a bathtub and a shower. An equipped kitchen and everything needed for cooking. It was even better than I expected. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. Easy connection by tram to the city centre. Nice restaurants and bars nearby.

This was no problem for us but it would be good to clearly mention in the description that the lift does not go all the way to the apartments. The bathroom battery was very dusty and there where no hooks for towels, also there was no shower curtain for the bathtub. It would be good to have a mirror also outside the bathroom.

I booked a room for one person for only two nights, and the reality exceeded my expectations. The room is very cozy, clean, there were no unnecessary smells. In the room there was a full-length mirror, a bedside shelf, a table, a chair, a small refrigerator with drinks, TV. In the bathroom there were clean white towels and a hair dryer. Also in the bathroom there were already filled containers with liquid soap and shower gel. I was very surprised that I booked a room for only 2 days, and the next morning when I went for breakfast, returning to my room, I noticed that the towels were renewed and in general the room was cleaned. The staff at the reception is very nice. The breakfast was very tasty: you can make yourself tea / coffee, fry toast, there is also bacon, eggs, yogurts, salads, fresh vegetables, various flakes, the restaurant is very cozy, the staff is attentive to cleanliness. Around the hotel there are various grocery stores (EDEKA, REWE) and cosmetics (DM, ROSSMANN), as well as pharmacies and various restaurants. The transport interchange is very convenient: 5-10 minutes walk from the Derendorf station, there are also tram stops. I really liked the hotel, I will come back here again.

The breakfast was exceptional plenty of well prepared and presented food for everyones taste in a very comfortable and clean Dining room. The room although small was very comfortable except for the corner of the bed which was pointed and when i fell against it during the last night i received a nasty injury to the left side of my left leg which bled profusely.The room was very clean and comfortable

Very very recommend this hotel! It's small, but new, clear, big comfortable rooms, big and very comfortable bed, very nice and kindly personal, very good breakfast, and perfect sauna! Tram stop, shops, supermarkets, many restaurants are near the hotel,and location of the hotel not very far from centre. Our trip was perfect 😊

Mini bar freezer worked not very good

Best place I have stayed in a while! The room was soundproof, very quiet, and good quality breakfast with lots of honey ! I do recommend and for sure I will stay again if I have the chance.

There was no air conditioning, but still not a big issue, bigger problem was the internet connection which is very slow, but hopefully thanks to the reception guy I got access in the lounge to a better internet, big thanks. And please put a smile on your faces, it will make a lot of difference!

Lovely place, directly at a tram station and with an elevator! There's also a balcony and one Aircon.

The dining table is fairly small for 10 pax and additional chairs are needed. 2 bathrooms require some communication or scheduling to take showers etc. Note: if the hotel parking garage is full, be prepared to spend quite some time to find parking in the neighborhood

The location is more than perfect , in the heart of Tram station , and a very special thanks to the front desk Mr.Mansour who was very helpful and resolved any issue we had

Very nice spacious room. Great for families with children: calm location with a supermarket nearby and a playground across the street. Tram stop in front of the hotel, or a short walk to Derendorf train station. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise, I wasn’t expecting so much choice for this price.

The shower looked great, but water pressure was very low
