Clean, Bed is Comfortable

We arrived at 14:00 but we cannot check in until 15:00y So we asked the staff two times where can we buy a bottle of water because we were dying of thirst, no one give a shit, the guy who was about to finish his shift tell us to go back where we sit and someone from the staff will come to serve us, but after 1 hour nobody comes. We could check in finally when time passed .. and surprise, no water in the room, no fridge, not even a machine in the reception where you can buy water !! Staff was unhelpful, and we have to drive until downtown to buy a bottle of water after 2 hours !!

The hotel is more than decent. The staff is very well prepared and friendly, always looking forward to help you. What I liked the most was the breakfast and the coffee. I also liked the bed, it was very comfortable and I had a good sleep every night.

The room was clean, but the walls had some dry snots on them. Maybe a bit more attention on the cleaning part. And some mechanical maintenance, because the door at the shower cabing was getting stuck and a furniture door was broken.

Beds are very comfortable and clean. Room are sound proof so we can sleep very well at night. The hotel also provide a water kettle in the room so it is easy for us to prepare tea and coffee. Staff can speak english well

We have to pay for the parking which is not cheap which is 2 Euro per hour (max 18 Euro) and we have to pay 36 euro additional for our stay. I suggest to give free parking for hotel guest who stay in the hotel when we do the check out so it can distinguish between the guest who are only attending meeting in the hotel.

Room was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary items to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. Hotel was close to public transport to enable you to get into the city centre.

Car parking charges were excessive. Breakfast was very disorganised, with not enough seating for guests. That said the quality of our food was very good when we finally managed to get a table.

Clean & modern space, breakfast was superb with plenty of choice.

€18 Euros to park taken as a flat fee on arrival ridiculous. Food from the bar in the evening was far over priced for what was provided. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice staff went above and beyond and were very professional.

Very quiet and comfortable location with metro 10 mins walk only. The rooms were very clean with cleaning services daily basis. Highly reccommend to everyone visiting dusseldorf.

It s a nice hotel, clean rooms with everything ( tv.coffee/thee, wifi) a bar, restaurant, garden.

Parkingplace, you could park under the hotel for 2€ a hour….quite aria…..

The room was very good and comfortable and I liked the variety of tea and coffee provided with the boiler everyday inside the room

Love everything only think I thought I had a booked a double bed but we got two single which is fine Everything was lovely and very good value of money
