Location was great

On the first night The room was really warm we opened the window for my son but the noise from the trams and traffic was really loud, so had to shut the window. No aircon or heating thermostat in rooms to reduce or control the room temperature

The staff at the reception was extremly friendly, online check-in is comfortable, WiFi connection was also good. Cleaniness is acceptable. It was quiet and overall acceptable for a one-night stay.

Rooms are very small, no fridge or toilettries in the bathroom, not comfortable for longer stay.

Everyone was very nice and smiling and helpful, the room was on the 1st floor, and with a vue on the street, the furniture is simple and classic which is what i like, you can see several supermarkets around. So everything is there, however just 25 feet (10 meters) from the tram station, and maybe 100 meters from the bus station, in many way: Ideal

Great hotel .... a small booking problem (my side) was resolved quickly, the check in was superb including being taken to your room, the hotel is superbly located including free street parking over weekend and is only a 5 minute walk to the popular Nordstr and 25 mins to the Rhein/old town. Highly recommended !

Sandra is a wonderful host and very helpful in providing local establishments to visit for meals. While we only stayed one night we had a great time. Thank you very much!

Everything was great. Very clean. Comfortable. Walking distance to local amenities. Nothing we didn't like.

No coffee in the room

Superfriendly staff, clean rooms, pretty close to center

Electronic Checkin was a bit tricky, the tram stops right in front, pretty noisy when windows are open

Friendly and very accommodating staff, good value, the room was nice and clean! It was also very calm, perfect to get some rest during a busy week.

No bar and restaurant at the hotel - but both Bars, Bakeries and Restaurant's is available close by.

The location is excellent, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly

The reception closes after a certain hour, but that was something I knew in advance.
