The room was clean, comfortable and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. There was a small desk and ample space to move around in the room. Perfectly fine for a 3 star place. It is a short walk from the Dusseldorf train station and there are a few nice restaurants and a market that are close by.

There is no A/C. This isn't a big deal unless you are visiting in the summertime during the hot months. There is a fan in the room (much appreciated!) and the windows open so guests can get some air. Also no there is no small refridgerator in the room. That would be nice to keep some drinks cold.

The hotel's location is quite close to the central train station. The rooms are clean and neat. The friendly staff is ready to help for anything. They let us keep the luggage inside the hotel in a safe room. I can say that the breakfast is 6.5-7/10 . It wouldn't be enough if you were looking for a real Turkish breakfast, but it is good in general. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

You must bring your needs such as shampoo, shower gel and slippers; it's a shame that I didn't. The door of the shower was a bit noisy because the mechanism was old I think, so I thought it would break 🙂

Great location for the both the city centre & railway station (just 10 mins max walking). There is a large & very good supermarket literally just round the corner from the hotel which has long opening hours. The road is one-way, quiet & very green. Staff are pleasant & helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable & the bathroom is well designed with a decent sized shower cubicle. The TV has BBC but no other foreign language channels. There are no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room but there is a free-of-charge selection in the lobby area downstairs. Breakfast was really good (recommended!!) with a wide selection of food on offer (mostly cold) & is ideal for vegetarians, too. I have to say, I really enjoyed my stay here & if/when i come back to Dusseldorf again I would look to stay here again.

A small hotel with two sections: One is recently renovated and other not, but within good condition. We stayed in the older section as the room available was considerably bigger and we were staying for several nights and looked for spaciousness. The hotel is in a quiet street conveniently located, a short walk from main train station which we used to get the metro to the Exhibition grounds. I liked the coffee table at the reception though I would appreciate it if there was a facility in the room. Convenient vending fridges in lobby and very helpful reception staff. I stayed here before and would stay again.

Everything was generally fine and met the expectation. Second time staying here. One small note: breakfast, while was good, the quantities available (especially towards the 2nd half of the available time), were lacking and replenished slowly and with minimum quantity. Refereing mainly to the warm items. I's not a deal breaker but I would have liked to see an improvement. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and our family room had a balcony facing the inner courtyard, which made it very quiet and peaceful — perfect for a good rest. We especially liked the calm atmosphere, the delicious breakfast, the friendly and helpful service, and the great location, which was excellent for the price. While it’s not a luxury hotel, our room on the top floor was a beautiful and practical two-level space that suited our family perfectly. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and quiet place to stay in Düsseldorf.

I stayed here for a conference. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean, and a decent size for solo travel. Location is pretty good for the price (about a 10 minute walk from the HBF). Free tea/instant coffee in the mornings was a nice perk.

Amenities were a bit sparse in the room but on par for the budget. Bring your own shampoo/soap/conditioner. Not much happens in the neighborhood so you have to walk/take the tram to find restaurants etc.

The hotel is close to the main train station. The room was great and the staff was friendly.

The quality of juices at the breakfast could be improved. At the breakfast there was a table with an announcement saying that there was a complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day at the self-service table. However, I didn't know about it as no one informed me and it wasn't nice. It's a great thing that you have it, but you should inform guests about it and make sure that they know it. Also, there was no kettle in the room

Stayed here for 4 nights during the Euros as a base. Little bit dated with woodchip on the walls, but generally okay, clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Location good, close to the station, and a 15 minute walk to the old town. The area surrounding didn't feel unsafe one little bit. Lots of small cafes close by (and some small shops) so decent. Overall a nice wee place to stay.

Walls (and connecting room doors) are so thin that you can hear everything from the next rooms. Earplugs essential. Kettle would have been nice. Exorbitant increase in price per night to take advantage of fans visiting the city for the Euros. It's certainly not a E250 per night hotel (that's what I paid) but as every other hotel in Dusseldorf had increased their prices anyway, I can't complain. It's a hotel worth staying in at normal prices.

This was my second time staying here and i loved how big the rooms were (both times i stayed in the family room). The owner was very kind and friendly including his wife. I totally recommend it to stay here. They also provided parking space for only 15 euro a day which i find it quite convenient. Oh for the first night we stayed there the elevator was broken. But the staff was kind enough to help us and bring our bags to our room. On top of that they complement it with free breakfast for the inconvenience.
