Everything has been recently refurbished and modernised. Bed had new mattresses and sheets. Digital info during stay comprehensive with travel guidance. Housekeeper on site extremely polite and very helpful.

Booking same day on a Sunday for that night. Initially the details for access not sent out so eventually found a number of an agent to sort things out. I suspect this was because it was a Sunday pm so normally for an advanced booking am sure this would not have been an issue.

The hotel seems to be pretty new, clean and in a very good location. We were surprised to have tee and coffee in the room provided. All was quiet.

At first it was a problem to get into the hotel. That's a little bit unclear how to do that if you were busy driving there and then it was also not that easy to ask to open underground parking by phone.

Property was nice and clean , with very comfortable bed. Easy access , clear instructions. It had everything we needed. Very good location with quick walking distance to nice cafes, shops and market place. Definitely recommended!

It is close to the center, very clean. The neighborhood is good and calm, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Also there was coffee and tee and smart TV so a great stay overall. We would come back certainly.

The hotel was very close to the city centre. It was nice walking around the hotel. The hotel staff were also kind and helpful. The room was clean, spacious. and well-organised.

It was a bit difficult to find the parking lot.

nice staff, decent breakfast, room were older but OK, pretty close to airport and Messe, almost in the centre of Ratingen

older hotel which was not renovated for a while but for us it was ok, we went there for a trade fair and others used this situation and asked about 1000 EUR/night, this hotel was good value for money. It is possible to get there from Dusseldorf by UBER but to get a UBER from Ratingen is pretty difficult. Local taxi app is needed.

Super hot during super and no air conditioner or fan

We were in town for an event in Gelsenkirchen, and needed a place close to Dusseldorf airport. The location was perfect for us, and the room met our needs well.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, everyone, including the owner Hinze, strived to make sure all the guests were taken care of and happy.
