Our room is located in the breakfast room at the basement level. But it didn't disturb us because the room actually faces the garden green. The best part is the room has been renovated with excellent lighting. The bathroom is also newly renovated with shower WC which is very special for a 3 star hotel. There is a choice of two showers with rainforest and normal one. The sink also provides a lot of space for private toiletries. The bathroom has also excellent lighting especially for make up purposes. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is located right at the city center as well as at the tram terminal which is very convenient for going to Düsseldorf city. Staff are friendly and helpful.

would prefer to have a kettle in the room for making tea ourselves. I was later told that I could have asked for one. It just didn't occur to me.

The hotel is located in the centre of Ratingen with parking for guests and public transport on the doorstep. The staff are very friendly and give you a warm welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. Very good value for money. We didn't opt for breakfast but the town has plenty of cafes where you can enjoy the local cakes and sweets with your choice of warm beverages.

Breakfast was excellent - so much choice. The room was a good temperature. The shower was very good. The bed was very comfortable. It was great to be able to open a window over night.

We had no particular views - it didn’t have bottles of water or tea / coffee in the room, but that doesn’t bother us. There was that facility in reception, I think.

Excellent location, a short walk to the market place. The friendly helpful staff offering a warm welcome and local directions and advice. The room, although a bit dated was clean, warm and the shower worked well with hot water available even later in the evening after returning from a VERY cold walk outside. I asked for a kettle for my room and an extra pillow and these were provided promptly with no issue. Overall great value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

I would have preferred to make tea or coffee in my room but these were available in the reception area for a small charge.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly at the reception and also during breakfast. We got nice advice over restaurants. There is a pub serving German food just in front of the hotel. During breakfast coffee was freshly made and I got a whole coffee pot for myself! The room was large!

We really enjoyed our stay, so hier not that much to mention. Car park was a bit busy when we arrived though we managed thanks to the help of the staff. There were some construction works and we didn't see immediately that there is an extra space for car at the other side of the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms (no carpet which is perfect!), airco, comfortable bed, parking available in front of the hotel. Very attentive and good service. Would definetely recommend.

Front desk was outstanding. Breakfast young girl the same! I had room 20 which opens into a shared terrace ( the reason I booked that room) and it was spotless clean and comfortable. WiFi was not great in my room but still functional. I will always book this hotel when flying from Dusseldorf. Besides the fact that they accept dogs as written in the hotel description hopefully there was no bad smell in the room, corridor or terrace like it happens in other hotels accepting pets. I thank the hotel for the hospitality!

Machines in the lobby should take card and give receipts so people on business travel to be able to get back their expenses.

Amazing staff with warm smile to welcome and very helping with all the needs. Location is stunning right in city centre. Rooms were clean and right as shows in pictures.

A bit weak isolation that you can noise from top floor rooms or neighbor rooms. Unluckily someone walked past smoking from the lobby causing weird smell in lobby but that was temporary.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Beds were comfortable with huge, comfy pillows.

Water pressure for hot water in the showers was too low.

Early settlement. We arrived at 11.00 and thought we would just leave our things and take a walk. But we were settled at 11! It was very nice! Especially with a small child!

It would be great to change the shower cubicle. Doors don't close well. Everything else is adequate.
