This is a nice hotel near Düsseldorf airport. It is 10 minutes (taxi or car) ride from the airport. We arrived late after a delayed flight. Someone waited for us in the reception and gave us the rooms. He was very nice, but did not speak English. We used google translate to communicate. The rooms are very nice, clean, and beds are comfortable. The air conditioning works great. Breakfast was nice too. With good variety. We all found what to eat. Shower is very nice. Noise isolation is good. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel.

One drawback of this place is public transportation to the airport and to the city - it takes a lot of time that includes walking and changing busses. So in total the amount of money we spent on transportation was equivalent to the gap between the price of this hotel compared to the hotels that are located in the airport itself. (It is very fast and easy to get from the airport to the city. The staff does not speak English. But you can manage with google translate and hands.

Very neat and comfortable room, helpful and polite staff, very good breakfast (though the coffee could do better). Clean, big bathroom with the necessary amenities. Good value for money. Good connection to the airport.

It would be nice if the bar/restaurant was open for dinner. If you check in late and don't have time to go somewhere more centrally, there's nowhere around to grab something to eat. Buses become scarce after 8 pm and the train station is not near. That's the only reason why I gave it a point less.

Perfect location - no. 759 bus to Gothaer Straße plus very short walk = about ten minutes from Düsseldorf airport railway station. The windows block out the airport noise to a very far background noise and give a nice wide view. I only stayed so I could catch a plane next morning; a bed in a box room would've done the job. Instead: great room that felt big, a few little welcome items (tea/coffee making facilities, mints, mini Hanuta choc waffle), super bathroom, really comfortable bed with just the right firmness of mattress. Also, it's a new hotel and I got NONE of that plasticky-furnishings sick-building smell that you sometimes get with new places - the air was just right! Kind welcome at reception. And an EPIC breakfast buffet, clearly Mediterranean-inspired, wonderful variety for anyone from carnivores and cheese lovers to nut eaters, great coffee choices... Staff showed great attention to detail. And then there was that cute Nutella fountain 😊 Next time I'm in Düsseldorf I might pop by just to have breakfast here!

If I wanted to nitpick I could say that there was a misunderstanding over the cost of breakfast - the figure I remembered from the night before (when I was tired) seems to have referred to Pound Sterling, and I misremembered it as a Euros figure. So, the mistake was mine, and the difference was all of three Euros - no big deal; it's just that the person at reception in the morning seemed a bit unsure. He also asked me to explain things in English as he didn't feel confident about his German. I'm sure this is a new-hotel thing and will probably be ironed out soon. All staff was really friendly and helpful; that's what matters!

The property was almost brand new and done to a high specification, the room was very nice, spotless clean and well maintained, we needed somewhere to stay near the airport where we could commute to and from a location that was 2 hours drive, it’s a perfect location after a flight that allows you to rest before moving on to another location, but also convenient when you need to fly home.

The staff were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome, the gentleman Eric that looked after our check in and was always present on an evening in the drinks area, was so helpful and definitely went the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble for him and he took the time to make our stay a very pleasant one.

Brand new hotel with modern facilities. The bed is comfortable. Everywhere in this hotel is clean and fresh. I like the power shower in the walk in shower room. Breakfast is included and offers a moderate selection of choices. The cost of the stay is very competitive. There is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk around the corner. It takes about 20 mins to the airport by bus and sky train. An Uber taxi ride from the airport costs 15 euros. To Düsseldorf city centre is around 50 mins by public transport which is far. The bus interval is every 10 mins.

This is an industrial area hence no restaurants and shops around. It's ok if you are traveling by car. There are retail parks and supermarkets about 10 minutes drive away in the surrounding area. It is very strange that there is a pillar next to the window in my room. You have to walk around the pillar to open the curtain.

First of all we apprentice all the hotel staff who made our stay wonderful especially Mr. Mehmet, his effort and dedication to his job is fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable bathrooms are clean and all the amenities are provided such as hair dryer shampoo etc.. everyday rooms were cleaned and their Turkish style open buffet breakfast is something else. Wide choice and freshly baked turkish tea.. thank you for everything see you next year.

Fantastic choice of breakfast the staff especially the lady who was filling up the breakfast items was very friendly and lovely and gave me Turkish tea which I love. The Moroccan man on reception was amazing and helped me to order from outside and brought it up to my room along with utensils. Asked me how my stay was and asked me where my flight home is to and wished me a safe flight. Definitely stay there again

The place is super spotless; the breakfast was excellent and good value, the rooms are well equipped and most of all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived late but they made me a bowl of hot soup with fresh bread.

You have to pay for the airport shuttle but this is only 10€ so not bad; I oped for a taxi in the end and it was €15

A brand new hotel in Ratingen / Düsseldorf. Great accessibility to DUS airport. Nice and cozy hotel. Comfy bed, very nice and spacious bathroom. Tasty breakfast - plenty of different food to choose from. Over all - highly recommeded!

Nothing serious to complaint about, just a small note: Although there were like 6 different salamis in breakfast buffet, there was no ham. I simply need pork ham for my perfect breakfast! :)

Great and very clean hotel, staff was very friendly and the breakfast has got a lot of variety. The rooms are perfect size, been there for a business trip. Rooms are very clean. Location of the Hotel was also very good, calm during night. Easy to reach from the airport Düsseldorf.
