This is a large hotel in the business area of Ratingen close to the Düsseldorf airport. Plane noise was to be expected but was not disturbing. Friendly staff. I asked for a change of room as the first room had a foul smell. The change was not issue. Comfortable bed. Correct, but not spectacular breakfast buffet. Parking next to the hotel or in the undergroud parking.

The hotel is quite outdated and could you a serious upgrade. The general atmosphere is dark, a little depressing. No air conditioning. OK for one night, but not ideal for tourism.

Room and location was good, just 7 minutes away from Airport by bus. Public transport was available even on weekend early morning at 6 am. grocery market Netto, Aldi are at only 4 to 5 minutes walking distance. One could do grocery easily. Overall it was very good experience, at very reasonable charges.

Check in time was 3pm. Only we had to wait till 4:30 Pm to check in , because room was not ready to check in, otherwise was good experience.

The location was great if your going to the airport. Room was good enough and space also. The breakfast buffet was good.

If you stay here don’t expect to get a good customer service, staff are not welcoming at all from the reception and restaurant. We ordered dinner at eat in the restaurant the pasta we ordered are so so salty and you can’t eat it! It’s good the shrimp with it is not salty. Very disappointing food.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, would stay again. No kettle in the room but seems to be a thing in Germany.

The location for our group in Germany to watch the football was a bit far out of the centre and the party life. This is not a slight on the hotel just inconvenient for our needs.

Breakfast was exceptional. Even though it was not a usual buffet, we got served personally and the lady was very attentive and brought us everything we wished. Size of room was great and a plan of room was smart - you are not waking anyone with the light if you go to toilet at night. Big free outdoor parking. Very good sound isolation. Even though hotel is located right beside the airport, we did not hear airport at all. 7 minutes driving to airport. I recommend it to everyone who travels from DUS. Great value for money!

Hotel is conveniently located. Room was very clean and breakfast buffet was great. We had personalized service for breakfast after the weekend because there were few guests there.

Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and it was very hot in the room. Even opening the door did not provide relief. A ventilator provided by the hotel would help immensly.

The restaurant food is excellent and fresh(good value for money) it's our second time staying there and we will definitely stay there again, because we travel alot with 2 small dogs. Pet friendly and clean comfortable rooms, relaxing and enjoyable when exhausted from travelling. Taxi from the airport is €20 euro! Our room keys were with key cards, so I had no metal keys! Well done guys...

Close to the airport. Food served until 10pm, secure parking. Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room.

The menu could be a little more varied . Pillow was a bit too high for my liking but it wasn't so bad that I could not sleep.

I happened to be a little far from Dortmund after watching my favorite team ALBANIA, but the price was several times cheaper

Excellent breakfast and sauna. Close to the airport.

Bad check in. The only information that was given at the time of check in was, our room number and where the elevators were. The receptionist did inform us of the WiFi code , breakfast times and spar/ gym times.
