The location of the hotel is close to the city centre of Essen, just nine minutes of tram distance away from Essen hauptbahnhof. Lidl supermarket is placed adjacent to the hotel. The twin room is spacious and clean, and you will see a large planted roof and a park with lots of trees outside of the window. The bathroom inside the twin room is also spacious and clean, with a bath tub and shower tub inside of the bathroom. Outside of the twin room there is a small common kitchen shared with an adjacent room, with a small kitchen sink, a microwave oven, a small fridge, a kettle, a cupboard of cups and plates, and a box of complimentary tea bags, which is very convenient especially when you want to have a simple breakfast and you've got the food bought from the supermarket.

You are able to connect the shared WiFi of the hotel, but the speed of the WiFi is slow (about 1Mbps). Check-in process of the hotel maybe complicated to some people, as you need to contact the hotel by phone to access the main door. After you passed through the main door, there is a small cabinet hang on the wall with a numeric keypad, which is stored with your room access cards. You need to gain the passcode by phone and enter it to the keypad to unlock drawer of the cabinet which matches the room number of your room to get the room access cards.

Great, comfy apartment with everything you would need, large bathroom with shower and separate bath. We had a small shared kitchenette with the room next door but didn’t actually use it. The location is great as there is a tram route straight into Essen train station right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We turned up early and we’re able to leave our bags and check in even though our room wasn’t quite ready. If no one is there then you just call the intercom where the host will give you a code to get your room key. We would definately stay here again

Property was easy to find, check-in was straightforward, everything met our needs and expectations. We were only there one night and didn't spend much time at the property. I would not hesitate to return.

Good car parking arrangements with Lidl. Plenty of cooking and Tea making facilities, including a fridge.

No Milk or Milk capsules for either Tea or Coffee. No Bar, no restaurant and no reception, but I guess that is reflected in the price.

Very big comfortable apartments the shower can be tricky to work check in can be a little.complacted and they don't offer a wifi password anywhere

Fantastic, clean good size.room. All was just perfect. You can do tea, coffee, There is plenty cups, glasses, bowls. Fridge, kettle, microwave. Room and bathroom very bright and clean. 5* most important no limit for check whichbis important for us as we travelled from very far and we couldn't know exact arrival time
