The staff there were superb! The hotel is located right near the centre and it’s walking distance to a lot of the landmarks. The room is so beautiful and modern and was a good amount of space! Everything was super clean and no complaints at all! Breakfast had many different options and it was all fresh and very thought through with a lot of cheese, bread options and veggies, 6 if not more different types of trail and granola mixes and more! I would definetly recommend this hotel and will hopefully stay there again! The owner is very accommodating and is extremely nice! 10/10

The staff were very kind, helpful, considerate, and friendly! The breakfast was also amazing with great quality of coffee and very fresh bread! The room is very clean, fresh, and well-organised. The location was so quiet, so I was able to sleep comfortably every night! Again, the staff were very kind and amazing!

I cannot find anything that I did not like.

Very comfortable large bed and spotlessly clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast with variety of coffee and food options. Easy check in when arriving late. Only 10 min walk to Essen city centre.

Parking as there are only 6 spaces in the hotel car park. We were lucky to find a free parking space on a nearby road. A kettle in the room would be useful.

Its a perfect 3 star hotel, the room was clean , the breakfast was good. It is 1.5 kilometer to centre and christmas market. I'll definitely be staying here again. Nothing to complain about the room.

Parking, if you come at night eventhough its free parking, there is no space to park, and some guests park taking two spaces, which was very annoying ! very inconsiderate !

It’s a decent place. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. It has its own parking lot. But, the bathroom was not cleverly designed. Water flooded out of the bath, ran into the room a bit and we happened to have a handbag on the floor. Some clothes got wet. My suggestion for people who stay here after me is, put the shower head low, and put a towel at the door to block the overflow. Don’t put things on the floor unless you want them wet

Easy access, plenty of public transport all around in the area, pretty clean, check in very easily done, even if you’re running late, and quiet surroundings

The area didn’t feel like the safest at night, but nothing crazy. Just not too many lights on the street and saw a few of sketchy looking people. Might be just the effect of being out at night alone as a woman

Exceptionally kind and helpful staff, they sincerely try to assist you in any way possible. The hotel is not that big, but very cozy. The location is quite good - it's quite and serene around the hotel; also there is a metro/city train station nearby for easy commute.

No option to leave 'napiwek' in case of checking out outside of reception working hours 😥

Great Staff, Lovely breakefast. Room was nice and big, comfortable bed. Everything nice and clean, two sets of towels in bathroom. Off street parking on the back with bike racks under roof.

The area around is not grat, but nothing reaaly wrong. Close walking distance to city centre. Rat spotted on the street, but nothing to do wit hotel.

Simple but super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great value for money and it was super tasty. Had an event a block away so location was perfect. Easily recommendable.

The shower was not completely closed and there was no stoppers on the floor, so water went everywhere.

We stayed for two nights, the room was clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

The first night we didn't had a parking spot, so we had to park in the street parking which was not owned by hotel. But the second night we had a parking spot.
