Very functional but good hotel - no frills but good location and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good for a 3* hotel. Rooms are simple and beds not luxurious, but all very good for the rating.

In hotel wifi, not great, used my phone's personal hotspot a number of times.

On arrival we were met by the lady at the font desk who was very friendly and welcoming. As we had arrived somewhat early they offered to keep our belongings aside while we explored the town center nearby. When we returned to our room later we found it to be well equiped, clean and spacious. We only stayed one night but had no issues whatsover and slept well. The location is right on the edge of the main city center which was very convenient given our trip was to visit the markets. For an additional 10 euro pp there is also the option of a breakfast buffet which we found to be fantastic. Overall really good value for money given the location and time of year. Very good location in the centre close to highway and tram stop. Parking possible. English speaking staff, very helpful.

No AC, too hot in the room, too noisy with open windows - windows leading to frequented street. When I returned to my room in the evening the door was fully open! Hotel staff must have left it open. Nothing lost but still unacceptable.

Very customer friendly. I got free public transport in the region, breakfast till 10am on weekdays and 11am of weekends, and a universal adapter that I could borrow.

I was having a bit of trouble doing video calls with the wifi.

The service was very friendly. Great location right next to two tram/U-bahn stations. When I left, I was provided with a hotel ticket that let me use public transport for free in the entire VRR area.

The room facilities are basic, which is fine for a short work stay.

Great staff, clean and comfortable room. More dated than most but very clean. Breakfast was limited, but fresh. Overall, very happy with my stay and would certainly use again.

The property suited our needs very well. we were 3 motorcyclists on a road trip. We were looking somewhere at short notice that was clean and comfortable. This was it.
