The breakfast room was airy, spacious, clean and the breakfast was just right for us. We loved the variety of cheeses and other things that were offered for the breakfast. We were on the 6th floor, super view, quiet. The room was really large and good value for the price. And the shower had excellent pressure. Coffee/ tea facilities and a fridge were also present in the room .

The room just needs a little updating and some new curtains. The one in our room was a a bit torn from wear and tear. But otherwise we had a great stay.

The staff is great. Especially restaurant and bar employees. They made bunch of geeks very welcomed. The room was spacious and well organised, so longer stay felt pleasant and organized. We had a window to the back of the building and kept it open all the time, yeti t was pretty quiet, even if the hotel is in the city centre. The breakfast was tasty and fresh! Nice variety too. We will be back!

Carpet in the room had so many stains that it gave a bleh feeling, even if it was vacuumed. After first night the room was cleaned nicely and even with an extra care, I would say. That's why other mornings we have been disappointed a bit, by comparison. Not that it was dirty, but the floor in the bathroom wasn't cleaned and furniture in the room were misplaced after vacuuming.

Breakfast was very good, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are big and comfortable. Bathroom was OK, very good shower. Hotel location was also very good. Many restaurants walking distance. Parking was also very convenient.

Room temperature was a little low and cold. There was garbage left over from previous guests in our room. The hotel looks old and may need some renewal in carpets and furniture for example. For some reason, bar was closed on Saturday and that was not convenient for us.

breakfast was good and diverse. beds were very confortable and location was very accessable via public transportation. the spiel messe game rooms were a nice touch. the staff helped me with getting menstural products and bandages during the stay.

the food at the dinner/game rooms was quite expensive, and they couldn't provide twin beds like we requested (got 1 double bed).

The hotel was clean and the bar area was nice - the guy serving behind the bar was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was OK although I wasn't keen on the choice of hot breakfast available (personal choice though).

The room was so hot - to the point of being uncomfortable. There was no AC unit so the only way to cool the room down was to have both the windows open. The room was on the main road so this became very noisy at night. It was almost like the heating was on! Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

location and helpful staff although early morning disturbance by housekeeping was an minor issue. Hotel was very close to restaurants and a shopping centre with a taxi rank nearby to making inner city travelling a pleasure

Reported repairs for faulty windows and was promised repairs for next day..... However this did not happen and made for a hot room and uncomfortable sleep at night. Also used hotel bar but was not informed they served a very expensive brandy until after it was poured and informed that they had started a tab. Could have made for a very uncomfortable situation...such things should be made plainly clear to aid those who may still wish to enjoy the town but may be on a budget.

The breakfast was awesome, plenty of choices, freshly prepared. The staff were very friendly.

The reception was chaotic although it appeared to be a very busy period. The room was dated with curtains not hung correctly. Although I didn’t sleep in the room my wife appeared to have ‚insect bites‘ on her body from sleeping in the bed. No parking spaces available in the hotel car parking garage.

The hotel is a bit old but everything inside is quite clean. We had a really nice sized room with a small kitchenette as well. It was perfect to stay there with our baby. It is also right in the middle of the city, very close to all forms of public transport, there are restaurants all around and a big mall just across the road. It's good value for money!

Some of the staff were really not that friendly or helpful. The parking at the hotel is quite good since the hotel is located in the middle of the city. It's just extremely difficult to get in and there are no signs or instructions.

We had asked for a room with 2 beds and ended up with a single bed... The personnel was not very helpful on this matter. The hotel was overbooked! Finally, we have split the mattress and the box spring to make 2 beds... Funny, the box spring was very comfortable!

Room furniture a little bit outdated…room windows are not providing enough noise isolation
