The room (for three) is spacious. Everything is clean, except there was a dirty (used) coffee cup in the cabinet, which was put upside down as if it had been washed. I think maybe it was put there by the previous guest, because it was located in the front row of coffee cups. AvidonApartments use high tech system keys. So we don't need physical keys, only our cellphone. Just need to make sure that our cellphone doesn't run out of battery when we go back.

The heater is not warm enough, especially during the colder nights, despite that we switched the button to maximum. Yes, we are tropical country people, but we didn't find this condition in our previous hotels / lodgings. And I suggest to put more hooks in the bathroom. Either to put one near shower door opening, and several additional hooks (preferably towel racks) to hang the wet towel. This bathroom is for three persons, so need more towel bars, and not only depends on heater's bars. It's not enough. Location is not very far from Messe Düsseldorf, but it is in a quiet area, there are not much buildings there. Hard to find nearby eateries. There is a hotel with a good reviewed restaurant just across the alley, but their opening hours are too late for us to having breakfast there.

I was able to book a room at short notice, I really got lucky as I was travelling for the Invictus Games DÜSSELDORF 2023, so most places were booked. Location is great, with 707 and 705 trams right outside your front door, you can get anywhere on these line. The room was lovely. The facilities were great, and it’s quiet. Whatever I needed was provided. I’m very grateful to them. The room was clean and very private, security was great, I felt safe which is important to me, they seem very fair, kind and honest people. I will be back as their pent house looks fantastic and I adored Düsseldorf. Great place, great people, great games. I will be back for sure, thanks.

Location is excellent, room is clean and comfortable. Host was available and responsive.

Important to not run out of phone battery or cannot access the building. Once inside the lobby, can charge to enter the room. Take battery backups to ensure ability to access the building. Facility is not prepared for someone who has an allergy to DOWN feathers. They should have alternative bedding (at least pillow) for this allergy.

The apartment house is close to the airport (20 minutes by walk) and very close to the S-bahn (4 minutes). The room was quite big and the bed also. The kitchen was well-equipped. I liked the fully digital key for entering the building, the corridor and the room itself. Rare but not surprising in Düsseldorf, the vending machine on the corridor sells Killepitsch also.

Dish sponge was missing, because of no dishwasher in the apartment.

Very close to the train station! Calm neighborhood, near the store. Lovely view, nice balcony and everything was really clean.

Would have liked to get new towels throughout the stay, they got really dirty in the end

Was sold as three beds but one of the beds was just a fold down chair , still pretty comfy though

Bed was really comfortable apartment was very clean everything you needed was there

Lift was very small and no cot avaliable for baby
