We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had an amazing time. The location is great, there are train, metro, tram and bus stations just a minute away. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy, breakfast was good with a little bit of everything, the staff was kind and helpful. If we ever visit Duesseldorf again, we will definitely be staying here again!

The 3 of us stayed in the queen room with sofa bed and, when the sofa bed was pulled out to be a bed, the room was a little too compact. The room was still clean though and the bathroom wasn't small, so nothing to worry about!

A very clean and bright hotel. Room was a good size, beds were comfortable and clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. TV had a wide range of channels in different languages. Facilities were clean and service was really good. Continental breakfast was great.

Room was not ready for us but the receptionist did provide an extra room on first night for free for the inconvenience. Booking system was very slow and it took long time to get checked in. We arrived late due to delayed flight, so just wanted to get checked in with two young family members. The free WiFi was ok but kept dropping out of range and signal was weak. Could have provided more options for people with dietary requirements.

This is our second stay here. We came back as we liked it very much the first time round. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. It is easy to park and check in. It is a calm place, with no inside or outside noise. It is clean and functional: you feel at home. We love the power shower! The window in the room can be opened. Please note that the room, when booked for 2 adults + 2 children, is a bit small, as the couch/spare bed occupies what little walking space there is. This, however, is not a problem for us: we like the structure and have stayed in various Holliday Inn Express hotels.

The room assigned to us this time had a bathroom door that wouldn't close properly. (Not a big bother for us, so we haven't mentioned it to the staff). The pancake machine was out od order at breakfast, and the selection of pastries wasn't replenished as it was on our previous visit.

The room was very clean, the housekeeping replaced all wet towels everyday. The TV, unlike most other hotels, was actually working and had a huge range of channels. After checkout we accidentally left our ipad in the room and only realized it when we were already home. We called the concierge and they fortunately found the ipad already and had kept it in their safe. We just had to go back the next day and pick it up. So grateful for it! Also, plus point, breakfast was included in the price, we enjoyed it :)

The room I chose was a bit small for a family of four. One can barely move around when opening the luggage on the floor. The location is better if you have a car, really. But for young travellers it's still fine since the hotel is 7 minutes walking distance to the nearest tram/bus/train station.

Price was fantastic. A little bit out of town but once you get used to trams, trains etc which where all on your doorstep it was only 10 mins to center of dusseldorf, the staff where excellent even when they where under pressure during busy times. Would I recommend this place Yes, Excellent value for money

Got a little bit hectic on one day when arrived for breakfast, the hotel could probably done with a few extra staff on in the morning, the lady on reception was rushing around checking people in plus trying to clear plates in the breakfast area, but I'm not complaining about her or the other staff they were all friendly and done a fantastic job during our stay. The nightshift man erick was a bit of a moaner but didn't see much of him

This hotel was very good in general. Convenient location, well-organized rooms, and especially the very polite staff, specifically the employee Tooba, I highly appreciate her approach, good reception, calmness and kindness. We reserved for one night but then we continued for 3 nights, because Tooba made everything easier for us, she was ready for any question or dilemma we had since it was our first time in Dusseldorf and we needed suggestions and had many questions that she never got tired of answering.

Maybe I will add more food in breakfast..

I highly appreciate the behavior of the staff, especially the employee Tooba, she was very polite, a good host, I can freely say that she made our vacation easier and we continued our stay at this hotel. We planned for 1 day and continued for 3 days. Tooba guided us and answered our every need because it was our first time in Dusseldorf and we had many dilemmas and questions. She never got tired of our questions. The hotel was very good, clean room, fresh food, easy location.

Maybe i will add more food in the breakfast..

It is true to the Holiday Inn Express formula: Clean room Functional bathroom Comfortable bed and pillows Exceptional shower Good breakfast selection Very helpful and friendly staff. We chose this place because of the safe garage parking, although many guests also used the free outdoor parking. The location was easy to find, not too much into the city (good as we were o our way to Schwartzwald), very quiet. We liked it so much that we booked it again on our way back.

Absolutely nothing to dislike 😊

The complementary breakfast had all the essentials, as well as the option to take your coffee to go. We first received only one comforter for two, but a 2nd was provided after requesting it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is easily accessible by car or by bus.

A fridge in the room would have been appreciated. Free parking is available outside, but on a busy weekend it´s hard to find a spot.

We had a nice stay here, the location is very convenient, if you don’t drive, there is bus, tram and train station. The rooms are clean and quite large, breakfast is more than enough, it offers bread, eggs, a good variety of ham and cheese, fruits, oats, yogurt, and drinks. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Liliana, so kind and supportive, we loved interacting with her! Great value for money
