I liked the ambiance as soon as I stood in reception. The decor and attentive staff especially as I was alone and not able to speak German also I'm unaided one sided hearing. The breakfast choices were spot on catering to all and staff are all attentive to everyone's requirements without being intrusive.All over the hotel is great quirky art and outside too. Local area is safe to walk around and has plenty of choice of shops etc. I found it so easy to travel around alone on train/trams and ate in local restaurants. I was fortunate to meet and chat with the manager outside of the hotel,not know his role. He is clearly proud of the hotel his parents created for him to put his stamp on it with bringing in technology systems to keep everyone safe without curfews etc. Lenord will keep the hotel fresh and move with the times. For me as I'm a British first thing in morning tea drinker would have liked a kettle in the room.

The breakfast was satisfying. The location of the hotel is very good. It is a quiet and beautiful area, surrounded by many good restaurants. It is very close to the center. The hotel staff is very kind. They are always ready to help. I recommend the hotel.

During my stay there was very hot weather and there was no air conditioning

Very nice cozy hotel. Room is not so big, but good enough for comfortable stay of one couple with a dog. It was very nice to get a small gift for our dog, very appreciated! It made us feel like dear guests, all of us:) Also, really friendly staff. We've got a lot of helpful advises during the check-in process (about places to eat/to see). Stable wi-fi signal was important as well. And cool location - U-bahn in 2 minutes walk, the river in 7 min walk, and a lot of bakeries and restaurants around.

Well, maybe as an additional improvement - it would be nice to have slippers (the floor was pretty cold). Also any small fridge and tea/coffee items would be nice.

Very clean and well sized room. Lovely breakfast area with nice selection for continental breakfast. Aircon in the room very welcome in the hot July weather. Honesty bar in reception a really nice touch. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Great location so close to public transport in nice area. Very happy with my stay. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional and helped us a lot. The location was perfect for our needs, a lot of public transport routes just in 2 min walking. The room was very clean, and the thoughtful dog treats provided were a delightful surprise.

The only minor downside was the somewhat limited breakfast options, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

It definitely deserves a ten, even more. The hotel is so clean, all the spaces were smelling freshness, modern, beautifully decorated. The stuff very polite. The bed amazingly comfortable, the room fully equipped with everything someone could need. The breakfast delicious. The neighborhood was so beautiful, with many adorable bistros and other stuff. Truly thank you!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and recommended local restaurants. The location is excellent. There are a wide range of cafes and restaurants within 10 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The decoration style of the room could be updated.

Great location, perfect public transport, very clean room, easy check-in. Oberkassel is so beautiful, the river is very close, many restaurants, shops and bakeries are in a walking distance.

The room was rather small for two people and the luggage.

Close to the tram station in every direction and abudant local restaurants, bars. The AC was working fabulously! Bed was comfy, the room is just right for some overnights.

There was no safe in the room (not a tragedy)

Location is very good, very close to tram and bus station. Only 4 stations to city center. Breakfast is good. Hotel is clean and quite new. Internet is good.

Room is not big, bed is not comfortable. I must inform if i want to clean the room.
