Lovely location and exceptional room. Staff were very helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us with bookings.

Parking is near the gate some distance from the hotel itself and we were asked to park there which meant having to walk along a remote driveway to return to our room at night. Also, was unable to check out and had to wait until after 8am. Maybe arrange with staff the evening before if you need an early checkout. Also, just park near the hotel itself and not in the designated parking area - no one really minds I think.

The rooms are exceptional in design and finish, lots of space, bathroom with bathtub and large walk in shower, every little detail was immaculate. Super friendly people. The castle is amazing, I walked the garden and grounds for more than an hour, could have spend a lot more time if I had more time available. Truly the most amazing hotel experience in my life by a wide margin. The breakfast which is really good is very reasonable in price and the breakfast room again is designed in every little detail, with exposed old brickwork, some old wood floor planking was used as finish.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

It’s a beautiful hotel with modern amenities that make for a very comfortable stay. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful.

The parking is a little far from the entrance but they do allow you to park close to the entrance while loading and unloading your vehicle.

In general the system of the keyless or „electronic code opening“ is little bit to difficult may be easier with 1 code and not 2 differents codes

Beautiful location. The area surrounding the castle hotel is really nice. Big, nice and clean rooms. Really enjoyed my stay there.

The car parking for the hotel guests is a bit far from the hotel. Then again cannot complain about having to walk through those beautiful surroundings.

Absolutely great stay - great staff. Wonderful garden and nice Castel museum. Will come back for sure - can’t wait to see the funny Egyptian and Canadian geese :)

The place is incredibly nice. Nice staff, very comfortable room - all details well thought of - with parquet floor, beautiful gardens and interesting castle.

no choice and poor quality of fruit juice at breakfast (just orange) shame that it was not clearly highlighted that the restaurant did not work at dinner. It was one of the reason of the choice of the hotel

Super clean and spacious room. The breakfast was very nice and the staff really friendly. Really quite and relaxing place for a nice getaway. Definitely returning again.
