Cleanness is good. A small kitchen is good. The Internet is free and fast. The rooms which have a bathroom with a window are better. Availability around breakfast points like Bäckerei Büsch (3 min by car).

There is only one EV charging point, and reservation is impossible (or maybe possible, but it's 10 euros/reservation). And charging per kWh is a little bit pricy. Tank E Netzwerk app should be installed before charging. There is no A/C in the hotel. The rooms looking to the North should be opted for in the summertime. A microwave and iron&irontable add-on can be better.

The hotel has a really organised system of admission. The cleaning staff were really nice and eager to help. The room was very comfortable and well equipped.

The one problem I had was that there was a train rail next to the hotel and the trains going on it at night were initially a bother. However, by my 2nd day, I barely noticed it. I assume I got used to the sound. Also, it would be a bonus if there were landlines to call taxi services in the rooms or even the lounge.

The placement is really good. Walking distance to what you need. Clean room and really nice bed.

The shower in the room ran out over the floor. Last time I was over we got new towels under the stay but not this time. And the fridge didn’t get cold.

Really nice modern place. Clean rooms, decent space. Small kitchen is nice to have. No check in hassle, they sent a code to enter the room that worked without any issues. Private parking next to the hotel with 1 EV charger available too.

Very smooth online checkin procedure and easy access to appartment and parking facility. Modern and spacious appartment with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay there and will be back.

Only missing a hand shower in the bathroom besides the rain shower(which was very good).

The single bed for the third person should be improved,, it was not comfortable, too narrow and bad balance.. If you are not careful you can fall on the floor couple of times

Cleaning service really early in the morning (7:00-8:00), personel smoking in front of room windows and main entrance.

The property was just as described. Fully meeting the requirements and standards on cleanliness, facilities, access. Breakfast was delivered in boxes with good variety. Coffee coins could be used as well. Thoughtful to have provided a small fan for hot days.

It is personal view that the location was bit far, one would always need a car to be efficient.

Clean, spacious, good value for money, only some 30min to Messe Düsseldorf-great if you're on a car.

Trains passing by all the time, the railway is next to the hostel, but this didn't really affect the overall impression
