The room was very clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very pleasant and staff were very helpful. Good location that was quiet and felt safe, yet still fairly close to the city centre.

The parking situation was a bit confusing for us. "Free parking" is advertised however there is there is no on site parking. Instead, you have to park on the residential street about 100m around the back of the restaurant hotel, on Franzstraße. There were only a couple of spaces left as the other spaces were taken up by residents, additionally there are signs around suggesting that it might be pay and display. However we were assured by both the hotel restaurant staff, as well as residents we asked, that you can park on the streets overnight, free of charge until 9 am. We did so and we faced no issues as we were only staying for a night, however this may cause issues if you are expecting to stay longer, or want your car close to the hotel for peace of mind.

Right next to the Muehlgasse station (100m). reach the Cologne Hbf in 30min. Friendly staff and service. Great value for the price. All basic amenities were provided. The room was clean enough and decent. Bathroom had all the required facilities. Water was warm (even hot), the room heater was working and was able to keep the temperature pleasent. Breakfast was included in the offer for us and was good. Overall recommended.

There was bad smell of sewer at the entrance(Could be a temporary issue). The room had cigarette smoke smell but not too bad(again room dependent). The noise from the road is very noticeable during day. At night and during weekends noise is minimal, so tolerable but on weekday this would be a noticeable(as the hotel is right on the junction) Just to point this could be dependant on the room.

Really friendly staff, modern rooms. The bathroom facilities were modern and roomy, and bed was really comfortable. Located conveniently close to a tram stop. Great breakfast in the morning, and beautiful koi fish pond in the lobby.

I had a little bit of an issue getting the shower to drain. Also struggled with the door to the building, it gets a little stuck.

Fairly priced, great staff. Perfect and delicious breakfast including eggs, not just bread and jam. Bathroom within the room for privacy. Huge room including cabinets, chairs, and a TV. Clean sheets and a spare key for backdoor, so you don’t have to enter the lobby at night.

There was a construction right in front of the hotel, we had trouble carrying our luggages, but it’s temporary. The hotel doesn’t have a private parking lot, so you have to park nearby and walk a little. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim.

This was a great place to stay to visit the Christmas markets and not spend a lot on lodging. It was located about a minute from the train station and it was about 35 minutes on the train to the markets. The hotel had everything we needed and a really comfortable bed.

Rooms in a house converted into a hotel, above a Chinese restaurant so you could miss it easily when walking past it. Good standard, large rooms, good breakfast, next to a tram stop to Koeln city centre - no complaints!

Beds are just heaven. They are super soft and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and clean, even some cosmetic items are available for hair and body.

The room was cold for us. But we are Croatians used to hot weather so that could not be a problem for others.

The windows need some repair since you can hear the traffic outside. Not a real parking spot provided by the property. You can park only on the street.

Clean and light room. Not to much road noise. New bathroom.

The vent in the bathroom was a little noisy.
