This a is lovely hotel with a great location, specially if you want to be near Cologne and Phantasialand. The room is a good size and the bed is nice and comfy. The breakfast is great and nice staff. Also great that there is on-sight parking. The Hotel is not as new as others, but it is very well maintained and clean.

There was air-conditioner but it would turn off in the middle of the night, making us wake up in a sweat and it didn't stay at the temperature we would set it up to. Other than that, it was a great short 2 night stay.

The location was very good for our needs, close to tram and bus stops, and also local eating places. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast staff were very friendly. Free coffee machine and honesty wine bar available in the foyer,

Reception staff were a little "distant", but were in no way rude or unhelpful. It would have also been good for us to be able to make tea and coffee in our room

Very clean. Nice, spacious rooms. Good underground parking for a small extra fee. Quiet location but only three minutes walk to the town centre and the tram line into Köln. Recommend the Stadt-Café Kremer on the way to the tram.

Rooms were marked non-smoking but corridor and room smelt of cigarette smoke. This is not acceptable.

We arrived late so the reception was closed. However, we were sent excellent instructions on how to get the key to our room. We were on a motorbike so were pleased there was an excellent secure garage available. The room was lovely with a large comfortable bed. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was superb with a good choice of continental food.

There was nothing not to like. A perfect stay.
