spacious, clean and modern room

the room was rather warm, outside bearly 24 degress. even with windows wide open at night it felt warm in the room

Check in whenever we wanted even in the other sister hotel.

Absence of the possibility to provide breakfast in the morning in the hotel, very noisy neighbours in the middle of the night who awoke children.

There is a nice walk on the river near the hotel.

The room smelled horrible. I left all windows open and the smell did not go away. The walls stunk, and so was the bed. When the window was open I could hear everything from the street. I was woken up at 5am from the food delivery guy for the hotel across the street.

Nicely clean, relatively new room finishes by comparison with others in the area.

Hugely expensive at this time of the year, apparently due to a major dentists convention in Cologne. Keys require to be collected at another hotel, some half mile curther down the road. No breakfast, nor coffee. not even a glass to tap some water. Hot water takes ages to appear in the morning.

Too expensive for the limited offering. Difficult and too many personal details needed to access the building. Far too many spam mails advertising upgrades after booking.

Room ok

The check-in is not on the property, actually in another hotel (Hotel Am Rhein) located 800m away. This information is not given anywhere during the booking nor on site, I had to ask a local.

The room was little. I had trouble sitting on the toilet because my legs were pushed right against the wall. The reception was in a completely different hotel.
