Lovely hotel, room was quite big too! Breakfast included in the price In a nice quiet neighbourhood but right next to the train stop, so it was easy for us to get into the city every day. Didn’t get to eat in the restaurant but heard it was very good and the outside garden area is very pretty

No bars within walking distance so just expect the quiet neighbourhood Breakfast was delicious but was the same every day would be nice to have a few different cooked foods each day.

Quiet location 5 minutes walk to the river promenade and 3 minutes from the stop of tram carrying you to Cologne downtown. Very nice traditional property with a family if duckies living in the yard.

Room was not clean, had to ask for cleaning. Toilet was not well maintained. Omelette at breakfast was not edible. Receptionist hides from guests in the back room, behaves as she is invisible. Well, the less service, the less guests.

The setting and hotel was beautiful, food exceptional at the restaurant. It was extremely quite so I was able to a good night of sleep. The location is well separated from the city, which has it's positive and negative. I was overall very much satisfied with my experience

As I mentioned, the location is far from the city centre by public transport (50 min) but the tranquility and sleep quality cancels out this one issue. I wouls toll recommend staying especially after a long day

Lovely property with a mixture of old and new. Very nice staff who were really helpful. We were on our motorbike and were allowed to park it in the locked courtyard which was just great. Breakfast was lovely and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was very good too, just be prepared with a translation app as no menu in English.

Bathroom was a little tired but very clean and perfectly functional. A fan in the room would have been useful.

Nice location in a historical farm building (convenient for business near Rheinland industrial area), walking distance to some restaurants (tip: Suerther Bootshaus), large room and proper breakfast.

It was raining so to get to the restaurant for breakfast via the inner square (no possibility to get there via another route) it was unavoidable to get wet ;-)

I liked the homely feel of the hotel.Breakfast was nice,staff were very friendly and helpful with guidance on how to use the trams.

Nothing. Our room was on the ground floor,large,comfortable and the windows opened onto the courtyard where there were some ducklings. Charming. We found the German ladies to be very friendly and helpful in the area.

We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are big and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff from reception very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The lady from breakfast, Gina, was so nice with us. Helped us with all the information we needed, lovely lady ( thank you, Gina).

It was in a village on the outskirts of Cologne, but has very good tram links to the city centre.

It was one of the more expensive hotels we stayed at, but it was in with the rest of the hotels around the area. There were no facilties to make your own coffee and tea.

The place is exceptional! I would like to recommend it to anyone who would like to experience an absolute jem of German hospitality , comfort, excellent food and very species rooms . 100% 5 star

The breakfast buffet was excellent: there was a huge range, lovely scrambled eggs and coffee, and of course, bread! I loved the location and the building, being able to go for quiet and cooler walks alongside the Rhein after a busy time in the city on hot days. The staff were very approachable and helpful. Herzlichen Dank!

There was nothing I didn't like but I'd have really appreciated tea and coffee-making facilities in the room.
