I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was simply perfect – from the overall comfort to the smallest details. I especially loved the room with its spacious terrace and incredibly comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress – I’ve never slept better! The staff were absolutely wonderful – always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any question or issue. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

I stayed in the apartment with my mother. Great accommodation with a spacious lounge with sofa bed and a separate upstairs bedroom. Kitchen good size with seating. Great breakfast with everything you could want. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great location, peaceful and easy to get to the centre.

Kitchen items could do with updating. Not enough cutlery and crockery. Shower head needs attention. Room generally needs to have a few maintenance issues fixed.

Spacious room, good breakfast, pleasant staff and a great location. A bathroom had a bath and greatly appreciated. Secure bicycle storage.

The hotel is going through a major renovation therefore not sure if the following will change in the near future. The shower curtain in the bath needs to be changed, in the room no shears the only option is to close the dark drapes, no natural light at all. Towels and linen upon arrival was clean and fresh we noted that a thorough cleaning of the room had not been done.

The hotel is at an incredible neighborhood, everybody is very friendly(both the hotel staff and the citizens. There is a Rewe(supermarket) very close and lots of bakeries nearby, if for some reason someone would prefer not having breakfast at the hotel. The tram that goes to Köln center is only 9 ninutes away (on foot)! The room was very nicely designed and I loved the floor materials and the way they changed between rooms. One for the small room when you enter, reminding of the japanese Genkan, another for the room and a different one for the bathroom.

The only thing I found weird is that the power outlets were too lowly placed. I don't know if it's german standard or if they do it intentionally so you avoid being on your phone while its charging but it was a bit unpleasant, nothing of great impact though.

Breakfast was excellent each day, the staff were always supportive of any requests. Rooms were always clean, tidy and best of all, quiet and large.

The only downside to my room specific was that I had no fridge and a window that faced directly onto another rooms door. Not a huge issue, the ability to shutter the window solved this.

Staff: The staff were very helpful and friendly, making me, my husband and our lovely pet feel welcome from the start. Décor: The décor was stunning, with a perfect mix of modern and classic styles. Comfort: The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful décor, and great comfort.

Overall the hotel is really nice, comfortable room, nice breakfast, and good restaurants nearby. It's not close to the city center, but that's also clear when you book it. The one issue I would point out is the shower, at least in the room we stayed in, was not comfortable.

The property was located where we wanted to be in Rodenkirchen. Very close to the River Rhine. Situated in a quiet area of Rodenkirchen. The town of Rodenkirchen is lovely. Very nice shops and restaurants. Cologne (Koln) is about 30 minutes away by tram. It can also be walked along the river but it is a long walk. Bonn is also accessible by tram.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property.

River Rhein is around the corner and the city of Cologne is reachable in 20 mins ride. Hotel offers garage parking. Breakfast was good and service was friendly. Elevator was not in service, but we have been offered a ground level room.

No parking spaces around the hotel. We left the car in the restricted area in front of the hotel for one night. Not enough light in the room and the bathroom. Elevator was not in service, but we have been offered a ground level room.

Breakfast was good. Room size and bathroom was good.

Room was not properly cleaned as there was lot of dust on the walls and in the bed sides. Probably not used in recent times and was allocated to us for use as we checked in around 6pm. We were not given any other option to choose too.
