The bed is super comfortable! And I like that it was the movie I wanted to watch for long when I turned on the TV. I was also worried about the curtain might not resist the the sunlight in the morning, and it turned out that the curtain works really well not letting any light disturb my sleep. Breakfast is good!

Light in bathroom is flickering. It’s accessible by public transport, but it took certain time to walk after getting off the tram.

Lovely, leafy location. Easy enough to get the train into the centre. Very helpful staff & told us about the 24 hour travel card. Very clean. Parking on site. Able to leave car after checking out so we could take the train into the centre for the morning.

Room a bit smaller than I expected a queen room to be. (It was a queen sized bed.) Would have liked a kettle & cups in the room.(we opted out of breakfast there). Had to pay extra for parking.

Hotel is a bit further away from the city, but can be easily reached by public transport. The staff were absolutely lovely, particulary receptionists. Breakfast was very good, although a bit pricey. Rooms are comfortable, but basic and equiped with all esentials you might need for a short stay.

The distance to nearest station of public transport require a bit of walking. Although the beds were comfortable, pillows should be updated.

I had a good and much needed sleep here for a bargain. Nothing more, nothing less. Everybody is nice. Thank you!

Nothing bothered me. I have to note that there are noisy train tracks next to the building (I saw and heard a few at daytime but I don't know how frequent they are)and quite a walk to the centre, so if you are planning a longer stay you might want this to know. For me, it was a perfect location and I got exactly what I wanted.

I like everything at the Hotel Cristina, great hotel.

The staff was very pleasant! They helped me in any of my questions. I arrived to early and moved out too late and they allowed me to sit in the hotel during the waiting time. Thank you very much!

Heating was not working at night. It was still pretty warm though

Staff were very helpful. Lovely Patricia on the front desk was very welcoming, went beyond and above helping us with information and maps,love her. The young chap was also great sorting breakfast for us very last minute. All the staff were so pleasant and friendly.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms were fine, nothing to complain. It's not far from a metro station, so we could easily get to the city center. Would definitely come here again during my next visit to Cologne

It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the old city.

Having to pay 15€ a night for parking in the garage which is under the hotel! It's great to have secure parking but a much more reasonable rate would be appreciated. A kettle to make a cup of tea would be a great addition.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Parking at the hotel was easy and reasonably priced. One small problem with the bathroom light was fixed within 30 minutes.
