Modern hotel with a very nice and stylish design. The bed was very comfortable. The acoustic insulation of the windows is also a highlight. It is so close to a big avenue that you would expect it to be a bit noisy, but it is super quiet with closed windows. Good location. It is within walking distance from downtown and is easy to access public transportation within a few blocks.

We experienced only two small down points: - the pillows were not comfortable, - between 10 and 11, the corridors get very messy while the rooms are cleaned.

The location was great - 20 mins on foot (or a few mins by tram) to the city center! The room was clean and had everything we needed - capsule coffee machine, cups, towels, hairdryer. The tap water was good quality without any weird taste - that was really important to us. The room had AC which worked perfectly and was greatly appreciated, as we came during a heatwave. It was pretty quiet, we only heard other guests opening their room doors only twice.

It was a bit difficult to check in - we didn't understand that we need to scan the card and the time period to do it was very short. We managed to do it in a few tries though.

This hotel has a good value for money and the online checkin procedure is very confident. Also the beds are good.

The coffee cups are way too big for the coffee machine. When I made coffee and the machine vibrated the mug fell down full of coffee on my clothes that were laying on the chair. So all my clothes have coffee stains and I had nothing to wear anymore. It's not though trough. Other than that I don't like that someone was knocking on my door in in the early morning. I opened and he said he's house keeping and checking of people already left the room. This woke me up. And I don't like the fact that the hotel is trying to manipulate the reviews on booking by giving a reward for a 10 point review. I think this is not right. I understand a reward for a review, but only give a reward if people give an excellent review is manipulation.

I accidentally booked a room with four beds instead of one — completely my mistake. When I arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, assisting me in finding a more suitable room for the night without any hassle. The level of service was truly excellent — professional, friendly, and solution-oriented. What also stood out to me was the impressive use of high-tech systems throughout the hotel. Everything from check-in to room features was smooth, modern, and efficient. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Great service, great technology, and a great stay!

Everything was great, good location close to the city. Comfortable, clean and the self check in worked without issues.

One thing that didn’t work was that I asked for two single beds instead of one queen bed and we still got the queen bed and we couldn’t change it because of the contactless check in.

Excellent value a short walk to tram/ underground and a nice 25 minute walk by the river to the city centre

The rooms have a very good space, the bed is comfortable, and overall pretty clean. The photos of the rooms look very enhanced and when you get there, the rooms look a bit weary, but they are fine. The location is really good as well, close to U-bahn and also short distance from city center (15 minutes walk). I liked the self-checkin process, very easy. It also had available lockers to leave luggage secure, it was super easy and helpful. The tables for breakfast/eating were really great as well, you could have you own breakfast or lunch/dinner there. It was super convenient.

Every room should have a desk, chair and couch, with 1 kettle or coffee machine. That would make the room perfect. The standard room didnt have desk/chair or coffee machine, and the upgraded one had these but no couch.

Location, easy check in and checkout, wifi. Cleaning was satisfying me. My room was double. I think there is enough space for 2 person. Postraße, Neumarkt Ubahn stations are nearby. You can approximately in 20 minutes approach to the Dom train station by foot. I recommend this hotel.

I haven’t any problems. But I want to share my opinions about changing something in the future. Hope the hotel will make changes about these ☺️ I think it will be fine if in the rooms provided with phones. Phone is only in the lobby and if you need something you must go to the downstairs. In the room was only a coffee machine with capsules. I don’t drink coffee and want having kettle with providing tea. In the 3rd floor you can find kettle, mug. But tee is not free. You can tea from restaurant which open only for breakfast.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had with short-term rentals. It’s a wonderful hotel with self check-in. Everything is clear and straightforward, which is important. There are lockers downstairs, so if you’re checking out later, you can leave your things there. There’s also a restroom, a lounge area, and a workspace. The room has everything you need. Excellent soundproofing, very easy access, and great cleaning service. I will definitely come back here if I get the chance.

Modern, stylish and clean rooms. The panorama glass in the bathroom was cool. Some reviews made it sound bad, but it was easy to operate and really looked like a regular wall when on. Location was okay - not much going on nearby, but it was a short walk from the centre of town so overall, it was good.

No tea/coffee facilities or fridge/mini-bar in the room, which would have been nice. The radiator in our room did not work properly (our friend in another room had the same issue) and the bathroom did get quite wet when showering.
