Easy to find off the motorway. Large bedroom and bathroom, friendly staff and a good quality breakfast. Garage for the motorcycle which was important to us. The town centre was a short walk away with plenty of cafes/restaurants and a large supermarket in a covered shopping centre.

Our room was on the ground floor was facing the road and as it was a hot day we had the windows open as no air con, so traffic noise could be heard. This was not a problem to sleep as it was local traffic and stopped late evening.

Location was quite okay, you coud easily reach Cologne with a car or public transport. A lot of stores near the hotel. Free parking available, there is even an underground garage. Staff was nice, rooms clean and comfortable, bathroom was especially nice and modern. Room was very spacious.

The beds could be better. Furniture in the bedroom are a bit outdated, but at the same time it's not very very old. Could use a fresh touch, othervise all good. No AC.

Room was spacious enough for 2. The shower is large, relaxing and clean. Easy entry and exiting what ever time of the day. Good selection of mini bar in lobby even though we did not use it. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy stay...

Front room was a little noisy at night when your trying to sleep. No fans or A/C only window ventilation which is great, but You may have to choose between a little bit of noise or a cooler room.

Everything was excellent

Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Spotless and quiet room with several large windows for good ventilation which was aided by a fan. A short walk to centrum and restaurants, etc. Good breakfast with freshly made scrambled eggs.

Stylish modern hotel with many pieces of artwork, some of which are for sale. Clean comfortable and with secure underground parking and a good choice of breakfast options. Really helpful receptionist who got us a restaurant booking in town for our evening meal. Easy 10 min walk to the town centre. This hotel was a good choice for a last stop returning to Rotterdam as it's not far from the motorway and only around 150 miles to the port.

The breakfast was excellent - as noted by everyone 👍😊 but what really stood out for me were the staff, all of whom were helpful, friendly and really conscientious. The hotel is very well placed for walking around Bergheim, checking out the local pubs & restaurants, and also for accessing public transport - trains & buses. I won’t hesitate to return when I go back to Bergheim.

Exceptional! - My head office for work is based local to Bergheim so I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the area in the last few years. I know from now on though my first choice will always be the Hotel52 in Bergheim. Fantastic staff, great location, easy to find and 5 mins walk to the town center but still quiet at night. Nice car park which seems a rare commodity in German hotels. Room was fresh modern with a wonderful industrial chique feel to it, breakfast was a great spread, full stocked and quiet (although I was quite late around 8.15am) I had stayed recently four nights at another hotel very local to the Hotel52 and following that stay was put off completely by Bergheim and was actually dreading spending one night in the Hotel52. How wrong I was! I will be returning in December and there is only one place I will be staying. Hotel52 thank you and I will see you soon!

The only negative I could comment would be the Wi-Fi, I was ground floor as close to the reception as you could get. I was therefore surprised that the Wi-Fi would drop in and out so much, even when working and connected it was a slow signal.

Quiet, clean and family friendly property not far from Köln. I would really recommend even for a long stay

There is no kettle to boil water (for tea/tisane/ camomille ) and they can add biscuits or madeleine to the minibar

Staff was really nice and accommodated my early check in.

It was a bit further out from the station than expected and the public transit to here is not very intuitive. I ended up walking since it was hard to figure out how the bus worked in a small town and don't come often.
