Klima Hotel Europarc was easy to find and had plenty of private parking space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and had a seating area; the ensuite bathroom was roomy and clean. The breakfast was definitely plentiful and varied. We just had one overnight here and it was good.

The rooms were divided into main hotel and annexe next door. We got a room in the annexe and it rained when we arrived, went for dinner, and still rained when we went for breakfast and packed our car to leave. That meant all the time trying to run and manoever through the rain; there was nothing but some bedrooms in the annexe.

Good hotel to stop if you travel from central Europe towards the Netherlands as I did and arrive late. Very near to highway 61 in Kerpen, not far from Cologne/Köln. Free parking site next hotel and in front of the annex. Friendly service. Clean and spacious room with all the essentials. Good bed, great shower. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

If you sleep with the window open, than you have to get used to the outside noise of an airco system and other buzz.

When we arrived at reception the lady spoke good english and offered us a room upgrade for 10 Euro which we accepted. She then assisted with parking our van. This hotel would not have been out of place in a city center at 3 times the price. It was all new and ultra modern, every thing about the room was fantastic. Evening meal was at there restaurant next door, very busy, very noisy and very good. Brealfast was in our hotel and superb, best breakfast of our trip, look forward to staying again.

Quiet location yet very easy access from motorway, plenty of onsite free parking. Dog friendly; after asking they agreed my small dog could join me for breakfast. In the vicinity there are greenish walkways/lanes where you can walk the dog. Spacious rooms with a proper double bed (180cm), newly renovated, very stylish and clean. No carpets. Good lighting, small seating area ( though only 1 armchair), small desk, fridge, and a safe big enough to hold laptop. Full length mirror, plenty of wardrobe space and shelves, though unfortunately the annoying non detachable kind of clothes hangers... Sockets near beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kettle and espresso machine, although only 2 pods and 2 tea bags provided, seemed a bit on the mean side. Modern well lit bathroom with hair dryer, makeup mirror, sockets near mirror for hair styling and toiletries. Good pressure in shower. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet, good filter coffee.

No lift. The bathroom sliding door is a modern opaque glass door with a pattern of clear glass on it; your privacy is not ensured. The dog charge of 15 euros do not give your dog anything; no bed, no bowl, no treats...

This was a transit stop for us driving across Europe and was easily accessible from Route 4 whilst also avoiding the expense of hotels in Koln. The room was large and clean, the staff super helpful and dinner and breakfast were both excellent.

Like most European hotels, the room lighting was a bit dim for our taste.

The rooms were great, clean and very modern. I like the beer garden that is on property as well. Breakfast had a great selection and was very tasty!

No laundry service. But really not a big deal!

Clean and in good condition, very smart, restaurant next door is excellent too. Staff very helpful, description on Booking.com says we can choose a twin room but they said they don’t do twin rooms when we got there, however the double is actually 2 singles, and they gave us an extra sheet so my adult son and i didn’t need to cosy-up. Great shower too, very quiet as well.

this is small hotel not really easy to find , however it is really a nice place . extremely clean , rooms seems having been renewved . All furniture are in a perfect state , the bed is more than OK ,and the bathroom is very comfortable ; breakfast was very good with a lot of choice . Next time I shall get a stop in this atea I shall stay there .

there was no parkong place available , and I ahd to leave my car on the street

Once again the room, breakfast and staff were great, having the attached beer garden was good for the evening as we did not have to drive.

Rooms could do with some form of cooling or air conditioning, it was a very hot day and it was difficult to sleep.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. We didn't hear noise from the other guests. There was double-glazing and a useful security shutter/blind that was useful for keeping the window open and letting air in without compromising on security (our room was on the ground floor adjacent to the main hotel building). The location was fantastic for us just off the main motorway and there was free parking, which suited us as we were travelling by car. The breakfast spread was good and the staff friendly. We enjoyed dinner in the superb Gasthof Schweitzer next door!

We felt that the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking. Also, we would have preferred orange or fruit juice at breakfast, rather than orange squash. The fruit in the fruit bowl was a bit over-ripe. However, these are just minor comments as we really enjoyed our visit and slept very well despite being located so close to a motorway.
