Room was big, location great for seeing central Cologne. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Room 502 is right next to what appears to be the plant room for the lift which makes noise each time the lift is used. Thankfully the lift didn't get used much during the night. Also the lift only goes to the fourth floor so I had to lug our suitcase up the final set of stairs.

It was very nice location and nice clean room I would prefer this hotel again. So close to the public transportation, located in central position and you can find many cafe and restaurants.

There is no air conditioner in the room that was the baddest thing in there. It could be fine for one night stay but longer, I dont know. The rest is perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable and quite cozy as it wasn't overly spacious. The addition of a stocked mini fridge was a nice touch. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk away from the main train station, other transport links and town centre. Close to a lot of amenities. The area was quiet at night so not much disturbance for a good night's sleep.

The only thing that I wanted to pull up is that Booking.com didn't indicate that I had breakfast included in my room rate. When I got there I was offered a paid breakfast but was unable to take it due to my early flight. I booked a rate I thought I had no breakfast but couldn't take the offer. I couldn't take the breakfast off as it was said it was included in the room rate.

We stayed in the quadruple room, and it exceeded our expectations with plenty of space, two toilets, both a bath and shower and 3 mirrors which made sharing the space very easy and efficient!

This room wouldn't be appropriate for any one with accessibility needs as we were only able to get the elevator up to the floor below and then take one final flight of stairs to reach our room.

Our room was reasonably big and very comfortable. The food at breakfast was good.

The hotel is not fully accessible as we had been led to believe by Booking.Co's site. There is a sizeable step at the entrance which caused difficulty in my disabled wife gaining entrance on foot or with her mobility scooter although later we found that a door to the breakfast room which was usually locked could be opened to provide easy entrance. The staff always opened this for us when requested. My wife was unable to take her scooter into the bathroom or use the shower.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable, the receptionists were nice and friendly.. location was perfect for the christmas markets.. there’s a grocery shop nearby where we can get water..

No tea and coffee facilities jn our room.. Given the wrong room initially with someone inside as we opened the door.. breakfast was too pricey..

Location is great. Service and staff very helfpul and polite. Room small but comfortable. I was missing a kettle in the room to have something warm during cold autum/winter days. It is also difficult to find the hotel parking, so I took one in the city centre parkhause. Thank you for the service.

Lack of kettle (tea/coffee) and free bottle of water. Breakfast was simple but OK. Great coffee, rolls. However not checked to be re-filled. So better you come early :-)

room and bathroom were very dull. We needed maintenance as a room light wasn't working which made our first night difficult to see things. However, this was fixed very quickly when we notified reception the next day.

Booked this hotel last minute due to a transport issue. It was perfectly clean and tidy, the room had everything we needed although no AC, we knew this already from the listing and a fan was provided.

Hotel works on a minimal staff so sometimes there was a wait at reception but everything was dealt with appropriately

The room is spacious, tidy, and clean. You can see the view from various angles through the windows because it is located on the top floor. The location is also very close to tourist areas and public transportation.

Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, so we had to sleep with all the windows open. There is also no electric kettle.
