I never had my breakfast at the hotel as it was too expensive, actually ridiculously expensive. I traveled with my 16-year-old daughter, and we walked to the city center every day. The location is perfect, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the Schilder Gasse which is the very center of Koln. The receptionist, Enver was very friendly and willing to give us recommendations. He was also quick to give us an iron/ironing board once we requested it.

The size of the room. Also, I paid for a queen bed but received a twin bed for myself and my daughter.

Very good and reliable hotel with friendly staff. Great location, it's easy to walk to the city center and to most sights from there. Severinstrasse is 3-4 minutes away and you can commute straight to the dom and central station from there. The rooms are quiet, the view is great, the room was relatively clean. The bathroom and shower looked new and clean, well kept up.

There is no mini fridge in the room making it difficult to have your own food and drinks at hand if you don't wish to pay for the 17€/day for breakfast. Also the hairdryer didn't work, the kettle was dirty inside and the spoons/cups looked dusty like they weren't being regularly replaced.

A very nice hotel in a central location. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Despite our very early arrival, we were able to leave our luggage at no extra cost, allowing us to explore the city all day. Both the city and Phantasialand are easily accessible by public transport from the hotel. Additionally, the value for money was excellent. Definitely recommend!

The pillows were quite firm.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is as friendly as possible. We lived on the 9th floor with a wonderful view of the whole city. There is a metro station 5 minutes away. All main locations can be reached on foot. The room had everything you needed and even more: a lot of sockets, a large mirror, a lot of lighting, a kettle, cups and even a TV, a wardrobe and a safe for documents. We liked everything so much that we didn’t want to leave :)

I really liked the Neon light and the decorations of the room. Everything was super clean. I also really liked they offered additional pillow for choice of sturdy or soft pillow. Staff was quite helpful kept my luggage for free :DD View was awesome and I felt safe as a solo traveller.

Check-in time at 3pm is little bit late for me but they kept my luggage for me which solved the problem. Location was bit distant from the centre but taking the metro was easy.

Good location - not in the thick of it, but an easy walk to the Dom and Zülpicher Str. Easy to get to from the airport via public transport. Modern, clean rooms. Super comfortable beds and bedding, double-glazed windows keeping out the street noise - good night's sleep. Wifi is OK.

Not much to nitpick here. No fridge in room. Bedside tables are quite small. There are a few concierge desks but they always seemed quite busy.

It was beautiful, good lighting, really nice view and lobby. Offered two different types of pillows which was really great. The staff were great, they let us store our bags in the hotel even after we checked out.

The shower was clean but could have been a bit more fresh. The check-in service could have gone a bit more smoothly but we checked in about when The Euros took place, it was understandable.

The room was clean and fine for a city trip. Walking towards the city centre was just under 20 minutes, so that was quite alright.

The parking was a bit limited, but luckily we managed to find a spot. For our travel companions everything was full when they arrived and it was incredibly busy at the reception, so it would have been nice to receive a list with other parking places beforehand.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, new, modern. Staff very hospitable, I felt taken care of, and I really needed it as I was very tired . They were easy going with my requests for getting me tea on the way back late evening or storing my bags . This is how you would like to feel when you are visiting the hotel. Great experience.

It's a modern hotel close to the city center by walking or you could also take the subway. The rooms are well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is good and has a wide variety of choices.

The AC could be stronger since the room could get a bit too hot. There's also no outlet on the bathroom.
