I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to take a moment to thank the entire staff, especially the reception team. Their warm welcome, multi-language skills, and constant helpfulness made my stay incredibly pleasant. They were always smiling, ready to assist, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, especially the bed, which was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was also perfect, well-equipped, and convenient for my needs. One of the highlights of my stay was how accommodating the hotel was while I waited for my flight. I enjoyed spending time in the hotel lounge, where the atmosphere was relaxing, and I had the opportunity to enjoy good company. Thank you again for such a great experience, and I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Directly across from the hotel, is the cafe wolf, which is open from 6.30 am and does coffee, pastries and sandwiches. The location of the hotel is good, with a 7 minute walk to the Rhine and 5 minutes from lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The Cathedral is visible from the hotel and is around a 15 minute stroll. There is a small bar around the corner on the next street called 'casino' which is freindly To gain entry, we were sent a code on day of arrival, which we entered into key box outside to get key to door and room

no lift, no tv and the street outside was a little noisy.

It was everything I needed, for a short trip it was perfect. The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet - it was carneval season in Cologne.... The downtown is less than 10 min, just like the Chocolate Museum... If you are looking for a budget-friendly trip, I can recommend you this place :)

Not actually a negativ thing, but there are a lot of narrow stairs, no elevator, who has a leg problem might consider it.... :)

Location. Close to transport and riverside venues. Easy access to public transport for getting around the city. Cafe and bakery across the street. Laundry around the corner. Good value for money.

Steps. No elevator. Get ready for a step class at least twice a day.

The age of technology - we got the keys using a code at the main entrance, no staff needed. The hotel is close to the city center, the beds were comfortable and the wireless charging pads were a cool addition to everything. Totally recommend!

You had to wait a bit for the water to get warm / hot, but not a ridiculous amount of time.

It's a basic and simple but fine accomodation in Köln. The location is okay, shop in 5 mins, the Dom is a ~15 mins walk. The room is very basic but has bed, chair and table. The bathroom is clean and ok, all worked well. WiFi is good. Self check-in. Daily cleaning.

The room was quite cold and heating didn't really worked. Other than that the room is super basic which is fine, but some interior design/decoration could lift up the place. Otherwise can't complain, fair room for a locally fair price.

Some basic things were not working (e.g. side table light) or were not in the room (e.g. extra quilt in bed). We contacted the property and they ended up solving it, but not until the second day of our stay.

Central location. This is a budget hotel, clean,safe,central,comfortable. It has a self check-in and check-out system, so I did not encounter any staff. Shower was strong and hot. Black out curtains ensured good sleep.

This venue does not have a lift and the rooms are on three upper stories. I was on the top floor which required climbing 75 steps. I am fit and had just a weekend bag, but people with mobility/strength issues might find it difficult.

Very clean room, right in the city center, on a quiet street so you can sleep comfortably. It was warm and nice. Super communication, kind reception, easy check-in. We'll definitely come back here!

My brother and I wanted a basic room near the centre for a weekend trip, just a place to sleep and drop off our suitcases. It's practical, clean, comfortable and suited our needs. For the price, it was exactly what we were looking for.

It's basic, but you get what you pay for. Good price for simple, clean by the city centre.
