The location was perfect, right behind the shopping street and is 2-3 away from the Kölner Dom by walk. You can walk everywhere easily and the staff were kind and helpful. We arrived so early in the morning (5 a.m.) and couldn't early check-in as our room was full, however, the receptionist saw us being tired and gave us a room just to rest for a few hours for free till our room is ready. This was very kind of him ( don't remember his name), and I really appreciated it. Thank you again!

There was a bit dust on the TV table, the room can be cleaned better and the price was a bit high based on the room propoerties.

Location was very good and close to local attractions and shopping centres and train station. Rooms are soundproof, couldn't hear any noise from the street. Comfortable sleep. Rooms clean and well-furnished. Room service was very quick in refreshing towels daily. Faulty hairdryer was replaced very quick by staff.

Complimentary water in rooms would have been a nice touch as its common in most hotels. WiFi wasnt good enough. Couldn't stay connected to TV/Phones. Maybe was just location of room. Used our own personal data so it didn't cause us any inconvenience as such.

The location was really good (10 minutes walking from the cathedral). It was close to a street full of shops and restaurants. We had two different bedrooms, they were in different buildings. One of the buildings was new and it had tv with internet, air conditioned. The other building is older and the room is less equipped but it was also good. Everything was clean and the personnel were nice. It has de possibility of leaving the luggage in a luggage room if you arrive before the check-in time. The bathroom was quite big and it had hair dryer.

The rooms are big enough and everyone loved it. the location is perfect just behind the shopping mall; close to all the restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the cathedral. I really love the hotel. It’s clean. It’s beautiful. I will definitely stay here again. I totally recommend it

To be honest, I liked everything about the property and the facilities were good. The stuff was kind it was good.

Hotel is located in the historical center, less than 5 minutes to Dom (and Central Station). Room is big and clean. Room equipped with small fridge and safe (with key, not a keypad). So for reasonable prices it's a perfect solution if you search place where stay to explore Cologne.

In general you get what you pay for. From my point of view, main light in room could be brighter, currently it's "too ambient". From window you would see another building in 10m away. Funny fact, in elevator you would see a big floor's button on hands grip, it's a deco only (see photo). Real buttons are on the wall against.

It's the third time I stayed in this hotel. It's very central, walking distance to a lot of shops and there are good restaurants in the area as well. The Cathedral is less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

This time we had a modern room but on a smaller scale compared to when I did my booking, as booking stated double/twin room approx 20m squared. but it wasn't - i guess it was around 12m squared. there was not much space around the bed to put things and hand luggages.

The room door touch interface was confusing and ‘technically not very responsive to touch’ and thus confusing … I managed to figure it out - but shortly after checking I was on my way out - needed some information from the lobby - when an elderly Asian couple had arrived back down to the V lobby because they could not figure this out. Other arrivals made things difficult for the sole receptionist [young woman by the way, who was doing a great job in general]. Realising the Asian couple was having the same problem I had after checking in couple of hours earlier, I simply took them upstairs [my own floor] and helped them access their room. Look: Simply preparing a graphical illustration - possibly with simple multilingual instructions - may help a lot ;-!

Clean and very sleek apartment. Loved the bathroom and the single bed was super comfy. It was impeccably cleaned and the staff were all lovely. Even when we had issues they were resolved instantly. Code system for the doors is nice too! meant one less thing to worry about. And location for the price really couldn't be any better! only a 5 min walk to the old town. Also very easy check in and check out with all fees covered beforw arrival. Would happily stay here again.

Didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel. Room comfortable, disappointed there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Good location, was quite easy to miss the entrance as there was no sign outside. Good location for the shops. Shower very good considering it was over a bath as opposed to a stand alone shower. I liked that you could leave your luggage in a secure room before and after check in and out.

Rooms were spacious and very clean and well equipped. Reception were very friendly and helpful.

We paid for a late check out on one of the rooms but automatically at 11 the door code stopped working. The person on reception was different to the one we had agreed the late check out with so they didn't have a record of the late check out. The matter was however resolved very quickly and too our satisfaction. There was also unfortunately these was also building work going out out side one of our rooms which meant part of my party was woken up before 6.30 by the works starting, which was not something the hotel can control but would have been nice to be advised of.
