The hotel is located in city center, next to supermarkets and good restaurants. Despite it’s a city center, it was quiet outside. The room was modernized, cleaned and tidy. We slept like a babies. Team was hospitable and really friendly. Emil and Nadia also can speak Russian. It’s perfect place if you have pets. I have to admit , I mesmerized by local people for their hospitality, humanity and dog friendly. Highly recommend 🫶

It will be nice to add teapots in every room.

This hotel in the heart of Cologne was great to visit different Christmas markets. The room was sober but well equipped. We only saw the staff on our arrival, but they did notice that one of our slippers was broken and they replaced it before we even mentioned it.

The only thing to bear in mind is that there is no lift.

Located in city center, however quite place. 10 min walk from the Central Station. Around the corner you can find whatever you need - supermarkets, restaurants, sites, different stores and etc. Pet Friendly and hospitable staff. I was pleasantly surprised by our room with a terrace. Breakfast was delicious. We had a feeling like we’re at home. Too much appreciate for your hospitality, Nadia and Emil. It’s our second time in your hotel and we’re definitely go back again.

The room was quite spacious, the owner was quite friendly as well although we reached the hotel quite late

i think the toilet drainage has caused quite a hassle for us on the first night, the water overflows to the other side of the toilet from the shower, after cleaning the water flow was much better.

Excellent location, clean, well lit, good shower, nice owner, room has rare fully.opening windows and even exit to the emergency stairs with a door, very nice.

Bed was too soft, but our son was in a separate room, where the bed was much better, so we can state the beds quality varied. There is no lobby.

The location was a short walk (15 minutes) to the train station and cathedral. The room was clean and a good value for the money. It was one block to a walking street with lots of shops and restaurants.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and quiet! Despite a heatwave during our stay the room stayed relatively cool despite no AC, and a fan was provided in the room without needing to ask!

Some small maintenance items, bed was missing some slats, a few tiles broken in the WC.

Hotel was closed when we got there at 2:30 but the owner came right away when we messaged him. Nice, clean hotel. Water pressure and temperature were very good in shower. Room was well laid out. Owner replied right away when we had a couple of questions. The room was a bit chilly when we checked in but was warm a couple of hours after turning up the heat. Location was perfect for visiting the Christmas markets.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room in central Cologne. Easy to get to train and metro stations, lots of restaurants and takeaways nearby.

Rooms are upstairs without an elevator, and only accessible via very steep stairs. This accommodation is not suitable for people who cannot climb a steep staircase.

Check in is unconventional but works fine. The lack of Aircon is very noticeable on a warm night, too noisy to leave window open (something to do with a football match....).
