The location was very good, in a street full of delicious Asian restaurants, and an Irish pub that closed late, which allowed us to have dinner after the traditional German time. The bathrooms were well equipped, with everything you need, even a hair straightener! Internet worked really well if you need to do some remote working. The people at the reception were really nice!!!

The room we had was a bit controversial, because the bathroom had a glass partition and overlooked the room, I do not recommend it for couples who have been together for a short time 🤣. But not all the rooms were like that. I guess the other things were good enough to balance the experience. Also just in case: It didn't bother me but we were on a fifth floor without elevators, it's good to know when you are making the booking.

Convenient location. Warm welcome by helpful staff and explanation about this unique, 18 room artist’s designed boutique hotel. Amazing rooms, beautifully constructed - spotlessly clean, super comfortable pillows and bed, excellent facilities, small touches like fortune cookie on pillow, ambient music, lighting and attention to every detail! Excellent value for money. I didn’t really know what to expect when booking but this exceeded expectations I have of high end hotels. Congrats and thanks to the team there!

Wonderful little boutique hotel! Rooms are named, not numbered. Artfully decorated to the smallest detail. Comfortable bed, & a real fresh flower in a small vase of water in the bathroom, and not only a hair dryer (with attachments), but a flat iron too! The front desk staff were very nice. Highly recommend!

The only negative was the door to The bathroom was glass and my husband forgot it was closed and ran right into it! I safety hazard, I think. I suggested to the front desk that they put stickers (I’m sure they can find artsy ones) on the glass at eye level. An other couple checking out agreed. Also as an older builder, the did the best they could with the lift, so it’s not aligned with each floor, you might have to go up or down a few stairs, but I’ve had that in other European hotels.

The room exceeded my expectations! I stayed in the deep sea art room and it was fabulous, I got to sleep inside of a clam shell on a super comfy water bed and was beyond myself from giddiness and excitement! The neighborhood is great, away from the touristy bit full of moderately drunk man. It has several great options for breakfast and snacks during the day. My breakfast highlight was the Hommage cafe, 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The Irish pub is right in front of the windows of that room and it was very loud and rowdy until late at night so I had to sleep with the closed windows

Unique hotel where every room has it's style. My room was decorated in the style of a old East German room(GDR) though with modern touches. It was really comfortable & quiet. The staff also very informative, nice & friendly.

There's a glass panel which covers half of the entry to the bathroom, it's fixed so you can't slide it completely open which could be dangerous if you are not concentrating while entering the WC.

The room and en suite were lovely and comfortable, there is a rocking chair which looks good, however, I fell over the foot of it every time I passed. I took white sanitary bags from the toilet and slid the feet in giving my eye a boundary. Nice toileteries, good easy to use shower and various types of tea bag/coffee options.

Nothing to dislike, other than the price which was always going to be inflated due to the Euro 24 tournament.

I think it would be good to know more about the rooms since there are rooms that do not have privacy in the bathrooms, so if you are traveling with family, that's not convenient. Fortunately, the man in the reception helped us change our rooms. Can't remember his name but he's very friendly

Location was great, all the facilities we as we would expect so no real complaints. Al bit mention to all of the reception staff who were all lovely.

The drains smelt and the cleaner woke us early every morning walking io and down the stairs and loudly going in and out of the cupboard by the room. I know it can’t be helped but maybe just start the clean a bit later so it doesn’t wake people?

The location was excellent for me, in a quiet street, but close enough to the shops, cathedral, Rhein etc. The themed rooms are a bonus and different to a standard hotel room. There was no air conditioning but I was offered a fan, so all good. Really helpful staff, who provided info about places to go etc, and a late night stop to get water from the coffee shop just as they were closing. Great experience all round.

Addition of air conditioning might be good, but I don't think it's necessary.

I realised if you booked direct you could select which room you wanted The location is perfect - 10 mins from Cathedral/main station and close to a strip of bars

The coridoors are tiled and front door very loud buzzer when other guests come in and it slams Could be handy to have a mini fridge in the room
