Nice styling, comfortable bed. More than adequate for a city stay. Friendly and very helpful staff on the front desk. Liked the easy online check-in. We also liked the underground parking, right outside the hotel. It would be useful though to have prior directions on getting to the car park, as it’s difficult to park up on the street when first arriving.

We didn’t include breakfast when booking, but decided to try it one morning. It was very so-so and there are decent cafes within a short walk where you can get a good breakfast. We did message the property in advance of our stay to ask for information about the parking, but didn’t get a response.

The staff were amazing and really friendly! The buffet was very cute and we had one of the nicest coffees at the hotel. Very clean and comfy beds. Soundproofed from the outside noise too which was great.

The only thing was the doors outside the apartments on the top floors were super heavy so every time someone walked through it would slam which could be disruptive at night. No issue if you’re on a lower floor.

The location was excellent, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. There is a relatively cheap underground parking just in front of the hotel (15€ for 24h). Nice and clean room :)

Breakfast was a bit expensive (we opted out of it). The self checkout didn’t work, because of it as it required to pay for the breakfast (no problems with the checkout at the reception).

We loved that the hotel is a modern, boutique hotel. The room was wonderful with big airy windows and a fabulous view. It is situated about 15 mins walk from the cathedral and it is surrounded by some lovely bars and restaurants close by. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast, which we could book on a daily basis, was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful room! We really liked the room size and decor. The bed was really comfortable and the view from the huge windows was pretty nice. The bathroom was very clean and quite large. While we only stayed one night, I can definitely imagine being able to comfortably stay for significantly longer.

Small details: a kettle and coffee machine in the room would have been nice. You could hear some noise from the hallway in the morning, but nothing at all during the night.

Great location, with bars, bakeries and restaurants (enjoyed both Zadem and Namos) nearby. Walkable from main station. Friendly staff who coped well with the Euro 2024 invasion, ensuring we had the same room despite two separate bookings for our stay. Modern and comfortable room.

Shower leaked on the floor a tad, but otherwise a really good stay.

Staff were fantastic, we were lucky and managed to get an early check-in. The room was very big, clean and comfortable. Location is close enough to the centre that it's walking distance away, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet to sleep

It was too cold - the one heater in the room seemed insufficient. Ilhad to use both blankets on top of each other to keep warm during the night.

Everything! The hotel was nice, clean and in a nice position at walking distance from the center of the city. I was actually surprised by how stylish the room was! The bed was especially comfortable, with a high mattress and soft, plush pillows and duvet. The bathroom was small but well organised and both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless. I had a really pleasant stay and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for is beautiful, clean and good value for money

The staff was kind and helpful, but most of them spoke very little of english, a common issue in Cologne

The hotel is very centrally located and walking distance from a parking lot. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated as well as quite large! The staff were very friendly and the gym facilities were a nice bonus.

Only recommendation would be coffee facilities in the rooms.
