The room was great as expected. The wifi was good. Just weird that we had to log in every day. Our view looked out over the park and was amazing. The air-conditioning was not the best but it did the job to cool the room down. The service was amazing and the people working there were very kind. We loved their offer of free drinks when you mark your room as not needing to be cleaned for the day. The location was oke. Pretty calm area but not the closest to all the interesting spots in the city. But it also isnt too far to have it be a struggle.

The water pressure of the rain shower head was too low for my liking. And the temperature of the water was not the most stable with sudden hot or cold steaks.

The breakfast was perfect. The location was super. And the staff always friendly. The room was clean. I would rechose the hotel if I retravel to Köln. The park near to hotel is super so you could have super park view from your soom.

the hotel gives 1 bottle of water for the first night. If you stay more then one night - you have punishment to choose the hotel do not get the water. But thanks to nice staff ..The room servise they try to minimize everthing they put to room. THe paper towel was finished last night and no extra dush bonnets if you do not ask. But this does not mean bad in a way - so there could be less lastic use. There was no windows so there is always airconditioning which makes your skin dry and lips choped :)

Fantastic bed, they asked if we like 2 single or one big bed, delicious room service, late check out, amazing hair dryer and good shower gel with green tea smell :) Although very busy. check in was very fast.

Parking is easy but make sure you ask for 2 tickets as the guys downstairs are very rude and if it’s not working you have to drive all the way back. Also shower must have been broken as the water was either too hot or too cold. Windows can’t be open so airco is a must.

Nice view of the park and radio tower. Good location next to a large Cinema complex with many restaurants. Parking below in a shared garage.

The air flow in the room was a bit stuffy and warm at night. It did improve with the air conditioning on at nights.

A lot of space. Very nice bathroom. Nice and big shower. Free drinks if you do not let them clean your room. Loads of sockets. You were able to turn on and off the lights from the beds easily. Beautiful view from the windows. They checked us in and were able to connect our rooms. Friend checked in after us and Staff gave him the room right next to us. Table and chair was nice and comfortable. Big mirror was nice. Free water. Service was friendly and helpful. (apart from Jan) Lots of kiosks and restaurants next to it. Everything was so insanely good. AC was pretty good

For some reason we had to go to a specific elevator to reach our floor, the other ones didn't reach it. Opening hours of the bar were not suitable for us to claim our free drinks so they had to open it for us. There was no way to open the window. There were no blackout curtains. We booked a family room which was supposed to have connected rooms but the door was locked and we had to get them to open it and thats when Jan was a little rude to one of us. Electricity goes off when you take out the card so you couldn't charge anything while you are gone. (Probably not their fault but a little unlucky for us)

Issam was excellent. one of the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to encounter in twenty years of extensive travel.

Room was a little small.

The hotel is located close enough to the centre of Cologne, a very nice location and close to restaurants and bars. It is only 15 to 20 minutes walk into the centre. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and provide everything you are likely to need, including a decent coffee (pod) machine. The breakfast are possibly the best I have ever had in a hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I really cannot find any fault. If I was going to make one small suggestion, We would have loved to have received one or two TV channels in English and Italian in the room, there were only German channels available. It was certainly not an issue though.

Quality of rooms and service and proximity to the city highlights as well as business facilities. But more than that I want to express my forever gratitude that the management was replying to my request for sending over some invitations that I forgot in the room, which were brought from US to be handed over on my return. They found them and offered to send them over to my house - life savers!

This smart hotel is a 20-25 minute walk from Cologne train station and the cathedral. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in assisting us to change our room when the online check-in went wrong and allocated us the wrong room. They also assisted us in storing our luggage at the hotel before check-in. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The Nespresso machine and complimentary pods replenished each day was a nice touch. There are restaurants and bars serving kolsch near to the hotel, but it also does not take long to walk into the centre of Cologne. All in all we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.

Staff and amenities were all great. I particularly love that you can order whatever you need to your room - after a rough day it was coming back to a bathrobe and slippers ready to relax in the sauna.

I had some issues with the air conditioning. To be fair, I didn't mention them until checkout but the room was warm from the evening sun and the windows don't open.
