Large room and a nice comfortable bed. Breakfast was more than ample with cooked sausages and bacon etc and a good selection of cereals, breads and cheeses. Location was brilliant as it was two minutes from Hansaring Station that is then just one stop from Cologne Central Station. Their are plenty of restaurants and bars very close to this hotel and a bit cheaper than going right into the city centre. We would definitely stay again.

A little rough around the edges re decor could do with a touch up here and there and carpets are a bit worn but not really a problem. Pillows were a bit of an issue as they were huge and didn't offer a lot of support to sleep on.

Breakfast was lovely and the location was great- 10 minutes to the Dom on foot. Easy access to the centre. Rooms were spacious. Lovely leaving Christmas gift on checking out.

Would have liked a kettle in the room. Parking was nearly an issue as was promised parking at 2pm and on arrival, was told no parking was available. When I questioned this, parking spaces were found.

Great location, 10 minutes to the centre of Cologne walking or a train station 1 minute from hotel takes you directly into the main station

our room was on the first floor with a main road outside and traffic lights and the traffic was constant and very noisy. it was hot so we needed to open the windows as no air con

The location is excellent and the breakfast varied and overall good. The room has all amenities one may need for short/medium-term stays.

Hotell close to train station. Elevator. Big room and Little Noice from suroundings. Good breakfast.

Minor issue, the entrance is a bit hard to find om arrival to hotel. The shoe polishing mashine was never conected to power cord.

Very good place. Very clean. Staff was exceptional, very nice. The breakfast was what you could expect. Will book again if traveling in the city.

The shower tub in the room was too deep and a little bit risky for small person or little kids. When stepping out you have to grip to the walll for your feet to touch the ground.

I stayed at the hotel with my friends. I liked everything very much. The rooms were very clean, very warm, the bed was excellent and the shower worked well. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cheese and croissants. The staff was friendly. Special thanks to them for being able to leave bags after check out. If I'm in Cologne again, I'll stay here again.

No safe (which isnt an big issue just the first time weve not had one in Europe)

Perfect area, right next to lots of restaurants and shops. Really clean and always enough towels for shower.

Could do with a fan in the summer, but thats it.

Breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the windows opened wide to let in air.

No air conditioning, which was an issue on the hot nights
