We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s just a few minutes’ walk from both the train and bus stations, and about a 7-minute walk to the cathedral—super convenient for exploring the city. Although the hotel seemed to be undergoing some renovations, it still looked clean and well-kept inside. Check-in was quick, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We booked the Superior Double Room, which was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having two pillows each. The shower was nice (though the water didn’t get super hot—just warm enough to be comfortable), and we loved the added touch of having bathrobes provided. The staff was kind enough to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which we really appreciated. The desk in the room was also helpful for organizing our things. All in all, a clean, comfortable stay in a great location.

Our room was supposed to include a view of the inner courtyard, but either we didn’t get that view or it just wasn’t much to see—though we did have doors leading directly outside, which was a nice feature.

Very friendly staffs, comfortable bed and great location. When I told them my requirements, they are very willing to help me. They are very flexible and willing to help. And the bed was very comtable, I had a very nice sleep. :)

the layouts of the building are a bit complicated. It seems they have multiple buildings and they are connected underground. For example, to go to the ground floor from the third floor, we have to first take the lift, then go down by stairs. If you go down by stairs on the third floor, you would probably end up at a gardern. 😂 I hope they can put more signs and instructions.

Location, view, parking, room size, rather good sound isolation.

Heating in room was strange and blow semi cold directly to one side of bed. Max temp possible is 23°C. Floor heating in bathroom was only one smal cube in front of sink, none in toilet or shower, even though there is marble tiles there. There were no socket next to bed at least in my room. In one othere there were. L Some maintenance small things that personnel repaired after info. Room lighting is rather low. There is no possibility of "day light like" option. Just lower brightness. Parking rule - if one leaves the garage he/she could not be able to find a spot upon return even though 24h fee is payed. 24h fee is automatic if car was parked after 7 pm. Not really good for business visitors. Strange labyrinth of elevators and corridors to some parts of hotel.

The room itself left me a very good impression. The bed was high and the mattress was high as well so it felt like home. I love the pillows and duvets in hotels because they always soft and fluffy. The room was spacious and modern. The room windows were located into the backside of the hotel, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The location of the hotel is perfect because it’s near the station around six minutes walk, everything is close.

The toilet room tiles were freezing cold and the toilet room itself was very cold. One small thing what is missing is a kettle it would be a game changer for those who don’t take breakfast in the hotel, it would have been a cheery on top to this room.

Location was excellent, very close to the main Hauptbahnhof railway station and the Dom (an easy 5 minute walk). Hotel was in a quiet street with a several different places to eat. Easy to get onto the underground system for travel to the main shopping areas of the city. Breakfast was very good and changed some of the items on offer daily which was nice.

Hotel is undergoing some major renovation work and although in itself, this is not causing any issues such as noise etc, it does mean that Reception is not in its 'proper' place. Also, access to some of the 3rd floor rooms is a bit confusing. Breakfast room is nice but perhaps a little bit on the small side particularly if the hotel is full. We had one of the more expensive rooms but unusually, it doesn't come with tea/coffee facilities. I knew this in advance, so I simply took our own which was fine.

The hotel is very close to Köln Central Train Station like 5 minutes by walking, you don't need to take a taxi or uber to reach the hotel. Trains between Köln/Bonn Airport and Köln Central are 7/24 working. Room was very tidy and clean, everything is well accomodated except you need to ask everything to reception staff because almost all information through the TVs and flyers are in Deutsch. However reception staff was very helpful and we don't have any difficulties speaking English with them. Breakfast was generous enough for everybody's taste, special breads and coffee served in breakfast was delicious. You can also left your luggage after checkout if your plane is very late in the evening, they took care of it.

The only thing was missing are slippers in our room, we asked to reception but unable to recieve any. But i think there was miscommunication between us because next they in the morning I saw there was plenty of them in the cleaining car and took privilage by taking 2 of them :)

We upgraded our normal room to the Grand Deluxe Double Room for only 30 euros extra, and it was the best decision I've made. The room was SPECTACULAR, probably the best hotel room I have ever been to. The bed was big, they provided bathrobes and sandals, room was well decorated and had a view to the St. Ursula Church tower. The toilet separated from the shower and from the sink was a big plus.

We had breakfast at the hotel for one morning. At a price of 22 euros per person, the breakfast was not worth it. Very simple, not many options, and few items were labeled. Another thing that bothered us a bit was the fact that we had to take two elevators to get to our room: the first from the reception to the underground floor, and the second from the underground floor to our floor. This consumed a lot of time.

It is a very nice place, well located at a walkable distance from the Cathedral and the Haupbanhof. The rooms are not very large, but have enough space. The bathroom is very nice and the shower is great. The rooms where very clean. The place was quite silent so you can have a good rest. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The only downside is that they don't have a place to store your luggage once you check out or if you arrive early. The place has a restaurant in which you can have breakfast if you wish to, but it is a bit pricey.

I liked that these were modern and comfortable rooms with more than the expected amenities. The bathrooms were very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were large. The only slightly strange thing is there is no door to the bathroom and the showers are exposed to the rest of the room. Fine for couples, but others staying together may find it awkward.

The only gripe I have is that the main hotel was undergoing renovations. We thought we would be staying in charming, romantik-style rooms with lots of cool and unique decorations but none of these were available and we were not made aware of this. Construction crews were actively working on the main property across the street, but seeing as they worked during the day while we were away, this was never an issue.

The hotel is in a good location, we just walked 5 minutes from the station. The crew was helpful with our backpacks for the last day and the herbal teas from the restaurant as a gift. The room was quite nice.

Even though the location is good 50 meters away (the other side of the railway) was not a good street. There were many homeless and drunk people around who were not friendly people. Of course, it's not something relevant to the hotel but it is around the corner. We used to have a bottle of water or kettle in the 3-star hotels unless this one.
