Great location, friendly staff, lots of space, cozy beds, and overall a safe atmosphere. And the balcony was a lifesaver for rewinding in the evenings!

TVs were on the older side, no streaming services available. Watching MTV was still a nostalgic throwback though ;)

Really impressed with our 4 night stay here. The location was perfect, being a few minutes walk to the train station and the Dom, many restaurants , bars and kiosks, as well as public transport stops and a taxi rank. The 24 hour reception was very good, with the staff speaking English. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, cafe or fitness gym area but they all looked great. The twin bedroom apartment (zip link bed) was immaculately clean, large and airy. With a balcony, dining area, lounge area, wet room shower and kitchenette. The kitchen had a full size fridge with freezer compartment, a small oven, 4 ring hob, toaster and kettle. The WiFi was great, with no issues streaming video (to the TV through a phone with a HDMI cable) with TV's in both the lounge and bedroom. Overall, a quiet aparthotel in a great location. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

A microwave and a couple more pans and utensils in the kitchen would have been great but wasn't really an issue (there was a frying pan and a sauce pan).

Very spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, fast wifi and very central location. Reception staff were incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay. We stayed in early July when it was extremely hot, the staff alerted us that there wasn't any air conditioning and made sure to offer fans for our room. There was major building work opposite us which started early in the mornings but we were lucky and it wasn't too noisy even with the windows open. We would definitely book here again if we came back to Cologne

Maybe a few extra pieces of cutlery/crockery/glasses would have been nice in the kitchen, but I'm sure they would have been provided if we'd asked for more

The location is very close to the Dom, which was great for exploring the city. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photos. It had lovely natural light throughout the day, and we especially loved the veranda, where we enjoyed our meals on sunny days. The apartment was very clean, with regular visits from the cleaning staff to change towels, take out the garbage, and more. It is located in a residence that also houses senior residents, which we found lovely. The building offers many services such as a gym, pool, and restaurant, and there is also a lovely garden outside. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area is very quiet, with little to no noise from outside, allowing us to rest wonderfully. The shower was great —very spacious and comfortable. The beds were also very confortable.

Not much. We ate at the on-site restaurant, and the food was very tasty. However, the menus were only in German, and although the staff did their best to assist us, only one of them spoke a little of English. No problem in the reception though - the staff explained everything very clearly. Also, the kitchen is equipped with most of the basic essentials, but it would be helpful to have a microwave and more tableware and dishes.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was so spacious and clean! Really enjoyed my stay - the swimming pool area was fabulous as well, as are all the lovely outdoor spaces to walk and sit in. I am actually from Cologne originally and loved the interactions with both staff and residents. Also - the food in the restaurant was lovely. The staff will literally try and do all they can for you, rarely have I received such great service - kudos to the reception staff!

Not at all the fault of the residence as out of their control, but I was given a room literally right opposite mayor construction sites and on weekdays the nouse was so bad I could not even slightly open the window. I would suggest checking with them where you are located and if you can have a quiet room. Im not easily disturbed but this was noise on a different level :)

Although the building was a bit outdated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable, everything was working properly. Even though it was in the city center and near the train station, it was quiet and rooms had great sound isolation. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes around. It's home for elderly people and I read that for some it was big dissapointment, but this fact didn't bother me at all. Contrary, it meant it was really quiet and for me it is important to sleep well. Plenty of space in the room (I'd call it rather apartment), there is a kitchen with all necessary apliances, even a balcony. Staff was helpful as well.

The only downside was very poor internet connection, one of the poorest I've seen recently. Fortunately, I had plenty of mine.

The location was great, 5 minutes of walking distance from the central train station and the Kölner dom. The room was spacious and clean. I was there with my elder mother, so the place was a perfect choice for us. Everything was really comfortable. The use of sauna and the pool was free, and it was really good for a nice break when my mom was tired of walking around the city.

There were only two of everything in the kitchen, two forks, two spoons, two glasses, two plates etc., nothing for serving. No coffee machine, only a kettle. They did not replace the tea, coffee, salt etc.

was there anything to not like? we absolutely loved this hotel. the staff are simply lovely, cleaning staff were sooo nice!! the room was beautiful 😍 clean, comfortable and homely, just like being at home. The pool, gym, sauna and dance studio were all easy to access and always quiet! the food in the restaurant in the atrium was lovely and the location !! just a few minutes walk to the main train station, and you could see the cathedral !! just lovely, we will book again!

This was our second stay at this property. It is very conveniently located in the heart of Cologne, just steps away from the DOM and the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and there is 24hour front desk service who were very helpful and friendly. The residents who permanently live there (retired people) are also very friendly and it's always fun to chat with them in the elevator! There are many restaurants and shops within an easy walk.

This time we had a car and although there is a parking garage under the property, it is first come, first serve and we found that it was full a few times when we wanted to park. There are a few other parking garages within an easy walk, but we found this to be pretty inconvenient, especially when it was raining.

This was an excellent apartment and I had a wonderful stay! Reception was so helpful, able to communicate with me in English, and was helpful in answering a question I had about trains for a football game I was going to during my stay. The apartment itself was impeccable, so clean, comfortable, and with daily housekeeping to sort out the bins and towels, which was really appreciated. All self-catering facilities provided as well. The location is perfect, as it is a very short walk to the main train station, and also to shops, eateries and of course the cathedral! Despite being close to the city centre, I slept well every night with minimal noise disruption, and the apartment was cool during the warm weather. Would highly recommend this place!

There was nothing I didn't like. It was perfect.
