Price/quality is perfect, taking into consideration location (3 minutes from the Dom/city centre) and value is a great couple of days stay. No complaints about the room, always warm and water available including a kettle for a nice tea in the room. Staff nice and available to help, I will definitely come back for an average price stay. - You can’t expect a 300 Euro night stay for this price, pay more and get more in another place.

All good! Probably breakfast agreement with restaurant “next door” is not a great deal considering that is a set plate with bread, one boiled egg and ham/cheese; it was ok but its probably better something outside.

I,m Ümit KUTLAR, stayed between 9-13 June 2024. The weather was very cold, and the hotel's central heating system was off due to the summer months, and my room was very cold. Ms. Rito found an electric heater from the warehouse for me and I stayed warm for 3 days. I would especially like to thank her :). The location of the hotel is great, the train station, Dom, Hohe Strase are very close, the Rein river is 5 minutes away, the location, cleanliness and price balance are very good. If I come to Cologne again, I will definitely stay in the same place again.

The heating system should not be completely turned off even in summer, because Cologne can be cold in June, but thanks again for finding a solution.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, very pleasant and friendly staff. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, and very clean. Location of the hotel was perfect, and easy to get to places. They also have a restraunt and the food was great. Super affordable and will definitely be staying here next time I come :) Thank you

The location was a prime location; there is some level of flexibility based on experience. The management in this hotel is responsive. It would be even better if there was a mini fridge.

The hotel room was generally clean, but with a bit of dust accumulated under the bed and one on occasion when the bed covers were not changed in a timely manner. However, the management was responsive and promptly resolved the issue. The bedroom did not have the best view.

This is my ‘go to‘ hotel when visiting Cologne, it’s central location is unbeatable just a short walk from the central train station, the Cologne cathedral and one of the most popular shopping streets hohe Straße. Room was clean to the top standard, and staff were as always exceptional. They are so helpful and welcoming and always go that extra mile to make sure everything is convenient and comfortable. This would always be my top recommendation for place to stay in Cologne.

Great, central location - cathedral, Central station and famous beerhall less than a couple of minutes by foot. Breakfast was simple but good. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Staff very friendly and allowed us to keep bikes inside as we were nervous storing them outside.

Confirmation email mentioned bike storage which didn't exist when we arrived. Not a big problem as we were allowed by reception to keep bikes inside - just a little surprising.

Great value for money. For its price the single room was a decent size, and has everything you want for somewhere to stay overnight. Windows open wide and there was a fan in the room, which was great when it was unexpectedly warm outside! Checking in and out was quick and easy, and though I hardly interacted with the staff they were friendly when I did - including when I couldn't find the entrance and the staff outside asked if I was looking for Königshof. And being a couple minutes walk from the Dom itself and the station is a great benefit.

The building including doors are a little dated and worn, and the furniture had the occasional scratch or mark on it.

The location is just 10 minutes' walk from Frankfurt (M) Hbf. You can easily find a couples Restaurants within 5-minute walk from the hotel. Asian food can been found in these restaurants. If you also need HALAL food, there is 1 small food shop that can provide you HALAL food such as Grill Chicken with rice/Pomfrey too. I love thyis food shop so much. I normlly stop at this shop for Dinner when i was in FF Hbf.

Staff was very caring about us during ou stay. Warm welcome, walking us to our suite. Instead of booking 2 rooms we really much enjoy having a terrasse for breakfast and you can as well get a wonderful view of the cathedral on the rooftop. Omar was always offering help and greeting us. Excellent stay downtown perfect for shopping and enjoying Keulen.

Great location - you are right next to the Dom and in the centre of town! Comfy facilities and they have a lift for luggage.

Our shower made the bathroom floor wet. Not quite sure if it was us or the shower head. The hotel was so close to the Dom you could hear the bells, for some this may be a negative but we really liked it!
