Generally very good all round. Breakfest was very good but it would have been nice to have Croissants or pastries.

Nothing available drinks wise in the room, no kettle for coffee or tea. Also disappointed no pastries at breakfest.

The staff was friendly and he rooms were very nice for a family. The breakfast was a nice way to get the morning started. The location was good and easy to walk to anywhere we wanted, especially the Christmas markets

While the rooms were still a great price for the value, I wish I had paid ahead of time. There was a considerable difference in what we were asked to pay at the hotel versus what booking had. I showed the staff at checkin but they were unable to honor what the booking stated (around $400 difference for four rooms)

The hotel room had a stylish design, reflecting modern tastes while maintaining a cozy atmosphere. Its location is superb, offering easy access to local attractions and public transportation, which made exploring the area a breeze. The staff polite and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast was nice, enough to start the day off right.

The room was quite dusty and hot, which detracted from the overall comfort. One should also consider that this is an old building, old windows and a busy 24/7 street right behind it.

The atmosphere, service, and cleanliness were top-notch. The breakfast was excellent and diverse, and the location is perfect. The staff were always friendly and smiling, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would gladly return!

Yes, the room is an idea smaller, but it has everything you need for a stay and it was not a problem.

Very clean room & hotel, brilliant location, in city centre, just beside cologne cathedral and main train station, very nice food . Helpful staff .

Elevator wasn't working as its been serviced so we had to use stairs but that's nobody's fault . View from my room wasn't the best as I was looking at the roofs of other buildings but again it's a city centre hotel so nobody's fault and you would expect this because of location .

Excellent location, short walk from the main station and the cathedral. If you’re there for the Christmas markets, it was perfectly located. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room tidied and made up beautifully in the day. Enjoyable stay!

Breakfast was limited and things weren’t replace quickly. It was quite noisy. No ammenities other than body wash. Expensive for what was offered however, I came at peak season.

The location is the best feature about this place, you have everything in the walking distance, The breakfast was really nice as well The renewed rooms are lovely

The blanket was hilariously narrow for some reason, also the breakfast buffet lacked fruits and orange juice. Not sure if it’s the bed itself or the blankets but we were sweating underneath them although it was quite chilly in the room so we couldn’t get good rest because of that. Also some hairs and dust in the bathroom, lacked toiletries

Amazing location! Walking distance from so many shopping spots and cultural tours and activities. Literally 5 mins away from the Cathedral and the starting point of the hop on, hop off Cologne Bus Tour! Breakfast was good too! Made friends with Ivan who checked me in and gave me a few pamphlets on what to do!

No heating in the rooms. But there was a thick duvet to keep me warm.

Hotel is in the city center and close to all points, christmas marrkets, shops, restaurants vs. Very clean and friendly personel. Wi fi, hot water, heating and and breakfast are good. Thanks to personel, to hotel

Double bed are made by unite two one person beds. Sometimes they are split in two parts..but , beds are confortable.

Very close to the Xmas market and the station and the cathedral. The breakfast is very nice and the rooms are comfortable.

Although the hotel is central, it comes quiete pricey considering is cologne but it was the best option overall.
